Great community space & resource.

Horrible experience. Holds an online event which they accepted money for. Teacher never shows up. They promise a refund and/or prompt reschedule. Extremely poor communication that is sporadic at best. Would not do business with them again.

Door was open, I got in, woman shouting at me "we are open at 6!". No reason to come back.

Their events are always the best and I have created a really amazing community there.

Great events and great drinks and shakes, I just wish they still had good food options

Rude staff member, made us feel unwelcome. Coffee was good but we left feeling dejected. Has potential but one rude staff member ruined it for us.

Very welcoming atmosphere, felt almost like a second home. Great selection of coffee, sodas, and other drinks. Handmade items for sale of fantastic quality and price. Never felt like I was spending too much.Dine in: Yes

Interesting place. There’s a lot of board games. All the employees are super nice and friendly. A good place to relax and chat with others

Our 2nd visit here was completely different than our first. The staff was uninviting, passive aggressive, sarcastic and didn't seem to want our business. We still purchased coffees and left a tip. But we won't be coming back. Awful customer service

18+. Lgbtq space. Friendly staff overall. Never see the owner. The space is a bit run down. Furniture is funky. Prices of coffee ($$)I honestly recommend getting your implement toys and such from Adam and Eve, or go to Leather Etc in or Mr. S in SF. Best quality at either, more affordable at leather etc. This is my honest review.

Didn’t get served because of vaccination status, highly inappropriate….

Bathroom is in poor condition and they don’t know how to make a dirty chai.

very poor experience. I ordered an ice latte. The barista said they had run out of cups so his solution was to give me two drinks instead of notifying me that they were out of cups and allowing me, the paying customer to decide if I wanted to walk home carrying two cups of coffee. I also don’t agree with any food server holding a cup from the top rim where a customer has to drink. That’s not how you hold a cup. You place your hand at the bottom. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his service and asked to be refunded. He refused to refund me. This is why we don’t support small businesses because of experiences like this.
