Wine Down SF is my third place, and for good reason. They have a great selection of red and white wines. And let's not forget the Chambong - a must-try! Owners Sarah and Jaime are incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Black Out Bingo loyalty program is a brilliant touch, offering amazing perks like a chance to get invited to an bingo bash with all you can drink wine and even the opportunity to get your own personalized glass and a spot on the wall! If you do sign up for their Blackout Bingo program, say that Sankar (DJ SNKR) referred you. Beyond their amazing wine and the loyalty program, Wine Down SF also hosts fun events like monthly trivia nights, bachelor watch parties and the competitive Wine Olympics. It's the perfect spot to unwind after work, catch up with friends, or just enjoy a glass of wine. Five stars all the way!

We had an incredible time at the Wine Down SF. We hosted a small happy hour and Sarah and the team couldn't have been more helpful in making it a huge success.

Good wines, but not exceptional.
Friendly and efficient service.
“Cheese and meat feast” very expensive for what it is. The name of this dish is completely misused.

Amazing little spot. Some outdoor seating, ample bar seating. Thoughtfully curated menu with great happy hour deals. Welcoming staff, fun playlist, and a bright/happy spot to meet friends.

We were there for a birthday party and the best was the service provided by Jaime
She was really nice, despite the place was busy, she was fast, and always smiling
You have options, but service is what it makes the difference.
Good beer and wine selection, at a cozy place

I went for a book signing and found a lovely place with a knowledgeable and Uber friendly staff. Also found a bubbly to die for, local and the winemaker makes a sparkling white. I had a rose. I would go back to learn more about wines, which they had a few on tap as it is better for the environment as I was told by the bartender and part owner Jamie. There are simply not enough stars. Such a great place will definitely go again just cause I can. You should check it out

We hosted a happy hour at Wine Down in their semi-private space for around ~30 people. Even though I was emailing and planning the event from across the country, everyone throughout the process were great to work with and made the process go so smoothly -- starting from Sarah, the co-owner, who helped coordinate our event to the staff working the event on the night of. All of our attendees had a great time and enjoyed the wine carafes, cookies, empanadas, and the party board. They even helped us make sure there were foods for multiple dietary preferences/restrictions. The space is very cute and cozy and it was a great setting for our event. I would recommend using them for event gatherings as well as just stopping by for some food and drinks.

Pretty nice place for a group of friends to catch up. The sparking rośe was decent, though I wish a wine bar had a more extensive menu.
I love this spot, especially for happy hour with a few friends! You can tell it’s woman owned because it feels very safe & welcoming but also really fun vibes with the bingo cards and chambong on the menu. The co owner Sarah was so helpful and accommodating for a work event I organized here. One of my coworkers wasn’t handling herself well and Sarah was really professional about the whole thing.

Love the vibe - a gem in SoMA! It's a perfect place to hang out with friends on a weekday afternoon over good wine and nibblez.
I had the pleasure of working with Sarah at Wine Down to plan an event for my organization. The planning process was extremely smooth ahead of time, and the food, drinks, and service were excellent the night of. We had a wonderful experience overall and I am already looking forward to next time :)
We had a private party here and it was lovely. The staff is phenomenal!
