Every time I stop by this place,I pick up 1 or 2 of their baked char siu bao. I usually finish them before I can walk 2 or 3 blocks away but hey they're meant to be enjoyed. It's not a typical char siu bao because this one has a sweet soft white crust on top that's almost reminiscent of a pineapple buns top. It costs $2 each and it's worth a try if you want to experience a variant on the char siu bao.

Visited in December 2024, looking for flaky fried taro dim sum.
When we inquired about the taro, we were told that they did have the dish. It was in the wrong form: steamed skin instead of fried with flaky edges
The steamed taro dumpling with ground meat is okay, not amazing. The right filling, but we wanted the fried ones.
We had just purchased multiple boxes of dim sum from 2 other shops so we didn't try anything else. Maybe...
