I’m am extremely angry about this completely unprofessional establishment. I ordered from Uber eats last night. I had to cancel my order because I realized I had the delivery address incorrect. I immediately reordered the same exact order with the correct address. Now, I wait over an hour for my order. I actually enjoyed the food. It was a bit salty.. but with dressing it was etible. Today I checked my account and noticed I was charged for both orders. They said that they already started making it and made both orders. I only got one order. I know for a fact that the machine they received their orders on said it was canceled. I work for a restaurant and my restaurant takes Uber eats orders. Never mind the part where common sense should have prevailed when you see 2 same exact orders for the same person. I , as a restaurant employee have the option to reach out to my customers and I have. Finally, if y’all hire stupid people that’s should be your issue and not a $60.40 my issue. I could understand a $5 cancellation fee. But $60?? Hell no!! I guess with the other bad reviews you got you must not get too much business. So you steal from your customers to make up for it. This is a terrible way to run a business.

If I could put a zero I so would. This is the most disappointing worst food experience in my LIFE. The pictures on Uber eats from this place looked good I was excited. but once it arrived my head never flew more back. WHAT WAS THAT. The wings, dry barely seasoned, the fries stale, the ranch, I can’t even begging with the ranch I live for ranch but now I have reflect on my love for ranch because of this place. Would never get it again or recommend.

Salty and dry. Also fries and wings have barely been fried fries look like they were just taken out of freezer not even browned at all …. :( disappointing especially since I had to order twice because Uber eats driver got to my place and canceled so I had to re order and wait again.
This is a new wing restaurant, inside an existing establishment. The wing quality was pretty poor (mushy/overcooked) and the prices are ridiculous, but the customer service is great. Hopefully they'll sort out the quality/value issues.
