Came here orderd a 20 piece chicken I left to work took a bite it was hot on the outside frozen on the inside . I called the phone didn’t Awnser I work 16 hrs 6-7 days a week I came in and complained a week later . The manager wouldn’t come out . They would only give me a free fry very unprofessional . I would not recommend to come here as they stole money for me and gave me uneatable food. And to the supervisor who wouldn’t help me Sergio i hope someone steals from you

There was a complication with my doordash order so I called the store and the manager, Sam was very helpful. He was very accommodating, friendly, and had great costumer service. On top of that, the food was very good, as always.

Cancelled my order because they said they were closing but it was at 10pm when the order was placed. My friend ordered and we ended up getting our order at 12 midnight. We called when they cancelled and they answered and hung up on me mid conversation and then continued to not answer my calls. I put a no caller id and they immediately answered again. They are the closest wingstop near me so I can only order with them but they ALWAYS mess up my order. I talked to the manager and he didn’t care to do anything because he was a part of it. Ghetto af. I’m about to report the health inspector on them for not wanting to compensate

Nasty don't even be all the way cooked In I tried here more then once on every occasion they chicken is not how I told them in the fries omg they need somebody up in there like the one in coma they do you right never ordering here
