Our order arrived missing several items. When we called the store, Sam, one of the managers, told us that if we placed another order, they would include the missing items with it. We did so, but the missing items were never added. Subsequent calls to the store went completely unanswered. The lack of follow-through and customer service was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the food we did receive was bland and disappointing. Overall, a very poor experience and staff seem pretty useless.

Came here orderd a 20 piece chicken I left to work took a bite it was hot on the outside frozen on the inside . I called the phone didn’t Awnser I work 16 hrs 6-7 days a week I came in and complained a week later . The manager wouldn’t come out . They would only give me a free fry very unprofessional . I would not recommend to come here as they stole money for me and gave me uneatable food. And to the supervisor who wouldn’t help me Sergio i hope someone steals from you
