Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.

I give it 2 stars only because on 2 or 3 occasions the WINGS have been nice, the rest what a bad service WINGS very toasted full of oil, to the point that once I got sick after eating them, how bad

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!

Do NOT order from this store, they don’t use sauce on their wings regardless of what you order! Terrible service, terrible food! Plain chicken 50$ not worth one cent .i ordered all mild and the only sauce in the box is OIL! Disgusting ! Close this location this isn’t the first time I’ve tried to give the benefit of the doubt

If I could put zero stars on this wingstop I would. I walked in and there was a lot of staff around in the cooking area and no one at the front. When I came inside the employees just looked at me and my sister but didn’t attend to us. It took them 10 minutes and many eye contact for them to finally come up to us and help us. they’re terrible and unfair to the employees as well.

Yea not bad tryed it few time decent menu fairly tasty wings i like the boneless plenty of flavours n sauces lil pricy not bad !

we spent $45 from Whipple location Hayward and requested well done received the order over cooked. Because I had no way to return the food they would not refund…
