First stop...Is the Wingstop on our way to the zoo! The Sensational Peckerini the ex-lion tamer for the Ringling Brothers, Barnum and Bailey Circus gave me an invitation to feed the lions, now that he's in charge of that with the provision that I bring him a box of Wingstop! And....That's exactly what I did! Those wings and everything else were Amazing!
5 stars all day long. ☆☆☆☆☆

French fries are horrible

Will never eat at any location again!!!! Ordered food online May 16th. After 1.5hrs of patiently waiting, checked on my order. They didn’t have my order ticket. Asked for a refund, was told only the GM could refund online orders and to call back next day(Saturday). Also left my name and number for them to contact me. Called corporate that Friday night as well, was told I’d hear back in 3-4days. Called the store back the next day (Saturday), GM isn’t there again. Called back Sunday, GM still isn’t there. Keep being told to call back the next day. Staff was once again rude and unhelpful and tried to hang up on me. Called corporate again that Sunday, they are still no help. Said another 3-4days. Here it is Thursday, no call back from the store, no call back from corporate, no refund. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! No accountability or even care that it’s been a week and they still have my money for a service and product that wasn’t rendered. I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please don’t spend your money here!

They don’t take food health safety to serious. There hands weren’t washed or wearing gloves. They have bad hygiene all around everything was crossing contaminated.

The staff on 4/28/2025 show great team effort to keep up the demand of
Orders and people coming in… no arguments, good customer care, and kitchen skills on display from the moment you arrived ✍️👍

I give it 2 stars only because on 2 or 3 occasions the WINGS have been nice, the rest what a bad service WINGS very toasted full of oil, to the point that once I got sick after eating them, how bad

Terrible service. Left items off order and refused to give me what I had paid for after driving all the way back to the restaurant. Never again.

I visited Wingstop Chicopee MA today and I was not impressed at all. Tenders very stringy and chewy, piping hot fries that were floppy and soggy not very appetizing. My one and done! I say they have the worst quality tenders and the ranch and blue cheese dressing taste alike, both are just watery and nasty. Banquet brand chicken is about the same level as this!!! I want my money back!!
