They failed to include the drink I ordered in my online order, and they did not provide any escalation path for wrong orders in their confirmation email or through their website. I've spent all the time I'm going to spend trying to recover $5, but I won't be ordering from here again.

This is by far the WORST service I've ever got from a Wingstop. They gave me the wrong order. I called to advise them of the issue and was put in hold. The GM answered ( no one ever told me I was being transferred nor did I ask for a manager) he was so Rude and has zero customer service skills he should be fired. He told me I could come get it ( no way to do that) so i asked for a refund. He said ok and hung up in my face. I called back to ensure it was processed and he said...

This is the first Wingstop I have been to that actually have friendly workers and gets my order correct 100% of the time. The workers here do a great job and it's by far the best Wingstop I have ever been to. The only downside is that it is takeout only and there is no seating available inside the restaurant.
