Amazing duck and all the other dishes were really delicious and authentic! We went three times in one week and plan many more!
Everything was extremely watered down and yes, it's frustrating that they took the duck soup out of the $88 peking duck special without price reduction, especially given the lackluster flavors. The supposed star of the meal, lacks depth of flavor and the duck was paler in color than a typical peking duck. All the duck dishes we ordered (peking duck special, duck soup al la carte, duck lettuce cup) lacked that duck flavor. The Asian mall elevator music remix of 50 cents hit songs they played was also quite a strange choice. It's clear from the service and quality of food that the restaurant now survives on doing takeouts of Americanized Chinese food to the surrounding neighborhood. If you're looking for good duck in any form, this is a skip.
The duck was outstanding and definitely worth the visit. The pot stickers and Dan Dan noodles were OK. Very good service. Noise level when we were there was moderate but could imagine it could be on the noisy side if completely full.
The service was not at all good. I had to ask for yhings repeatedly and they either came late or not at all. The server never came by to see how things were. The duck was good, but I was surprised that it was not served with the traditional plum sauce, but instead with bean sauce, which was okay, but not the same. They also served very thin crepes rather than the usual pancakes to which I am accustomed. The servers were alwas in a terrible rush.
I’ve come here more than any other restaurant in sf. Every dish is 10/10
The food was delicious and the service was very good! The noise level was very high and it was difficult to carry on a conversation or even to hear the waitstaff.
I don't know which was worse - the service, the food, or the fact that they left the door open on a cold evening (seemingly to let their DoorDash couriers easy access. When I asked if they could shut the door it seems to take an act of Congress to get it closed). But in fact I think it was the price - at least twice if not three times as much as a Chinese restaurant on Irving or outer Clement would be for a meal which was simply much much better. Every time I go to a restaurant like this I'm reminded that thousands of years of effort has resulted in a cuisine that is simply very delicious when executed well, and anytime anyone tries to turn that on its side in some innovative way- like YH- they fail. Happy to try any suggestions you might have where you think they have created a special angle on thousands of years of Chinese cooking!

I was incredibly disappointed to see that without lowering the price of the duck ($88), the restaurant had removed the soup course, thus reducing the number of courses from 3 to 2 without a reflection in the price. The duck course, for which the soup is quite delicious, is no longer worth the price. The duck is delicious, but the portion is small, and even two duck courses with three additional entrees dishes were not enough to feed six people. I hope they return to including soup among the duck course.
Overall we enjoyed the dinner, but expected more crispy duck skin for a peking duck experience, and thought they would provide a little soup from the duck bones and now they charge extra for that which diminishes the full experience. The food was excellent, don't get me wrong, all the dishes were tasty and they give you plenty of wraps for the duck, duck was lean and very good, but it was still a tad disappointed. Service was very good, no complaints there. Probably would not return since it's out of our way, and other duck experiences that are more complete, it was good to try it though.
Under new management. Food not the same and higher prices. I go elsewhere now.

Some of the best Chinese food in the city! Save the time by avoiding tourist spots, and get a tremendous Chinese food experience without the wait here. Highly recommend the Peking Duck and Mongolian Beef!
You have to order the duck ahead of time, or make a duck reservation if you want to eat the tasty duck. We did not know this, and our server was very kind and found us the last duck that was available. It was so delightful- the crispy skin melted in our mouths and the whole experience was great! I would also recommend the green beans and the veggie dumplings, they were also delicious! The whole staff was very kind and we felt very welcomed into the space.

The service was a great interaction overall interactions with all the employees was a very positive experience but one of employee was somewhat a racist so started it off I booked on open table for the Peking ducks as it stated that no reservations no ducks we arrive somewhat 10-15min before our appointment get a table to seat where there's another table seated next to us a group of Chinese people who talk loudly and doesn't care about the other. The waitress walk up to us with some water and I started order some order I guess like side complimentary like pepper beef shrimp walnut and so on and she suggest we get a “ À La Carte” since there a good amount of people and ofc I said yes. And I started ordering a hot and sour soup for the table and again I said” for that can I have in a ÀLa Carte portion she was like what? I repeated the word she was I don't understand what you're saying loudly like...I know people have their up and down days but don't take it out on the Customer we were just trying to have a good meal . I then trying to talk/explain “ Oh like a sharable size for the table of 6” she then proceeded to “ I don't know what you want” I just give up and pointing out at the picture instead. I can clearly tell how we were treated compared to the table next to us and really hope this kind of thing won't happen again.
