As soon as we sat down, before we even got drinks or settled, we were surrounded by staff with serving carts and yelling what selections they each had. We didn't manage to order drinks until mid way through our meal. All our servers were wearing masks, which alongside the noise level in the room, made it really hard to know what we were being presented with. Wow - the team at Yank Sing may be setting the gold standard in service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted in a very welcoming manner and like lighting the team figured out who was vegetarian and who was not. Every dumpling and dish we ordered was delicious. All around an amazing dim sum experience! They still use cart service, which on its own would have made this a great experience. I came with friends and family, 2 of whom have allergies (shellfish and egg). The staff was amazing - they pointed out which foods had oyster sauce and which likely had egg. I was also impressed that they had vegan dumplings. My friend with the egg allergy said the spinach dumpling and the savory vegetable dumpling (curry flavored) were both amazing....
