Waiters are rude and not friendly. Especially the one who is standing in the front desk.

Where else can you order dungeness crab at an airport and be stoked when you get a fresh plate of crab?
Been here 5 times over the past 5 months. Consistently v.good.

Poor service
Very much enjoyed the poke bowl!
Kitchen took so long to get the food out, I had to leave hungry and $50 poorer.

Decent place. The grilled fish sandwich is pretty tasty. But it was served with bland stale chips. It’s a very pricey establishment, but that is to be expected at an airport. Draft beer is $15. Service was OK.

This a fine restaurant in the airport. Ordered Gridded Salmon and shrimp pasta. Both were very delicious. The salmon was a surprise and I give it high recommendation. Service was quick and good.

Do not order lobster roll, have the meat about like 2 claws and cost over $40 total, worst ever. Also super long wait, not sure if that because I used priority pass

I had ordered food and was told 20-25 delivery time. After 35-40 minutes my food was not ready and the order had not even yet started. The cashier was very rude. They did not refund my money saying their computer wasn't working and needs to restart.

Way above average for the airport. The fried shrimp were enormous and delicious. Yankee salad was good for the airport. Crispy chicken sandwich looked great and was definitely not bad, but severely underseasoned and a little bland, but had very fresh ingredients, was well well cooked, and was nicely presented. The shrimp scampi linguine was very flavorful and rich. It’s not going to beat shrimp scampi in north beach, but for the airport it was flavorful and well made, with quality ingredients. Best part was the service. Elsa P was super kind and attentive. Food and drinks came out fast, and our glasses were never empty. Probably didn’t hurt that we were there around 8pm, but still, the service way exceeded my expectations, and frankly was better service than I would get in my home town for the price point. Would absolutely come back again when in terminal 3.
Dietary restrictions: Kitchen was knowledgeable about what dishes contained dairy.
