The broth warmed my cold bones on this cold SF morning. I wish they had a location in South, or East Bay too!!

Automated ramen dispenser but doesn’t provide utensils. How are you going to set up a product that is served hot and ready to eat without providing utensils? A lot of thought went out the window with this design’s execution.

They are inside the Metreon, so if it’s closed then it’s not open. It’s not 24

It's an express so out of a machine! I got a spicy kimichi beef and OMG first time trying it and was unbelievable good! It took less than 5 mins to come out. It was inside the UCSF cafeteria so it's a little loud.

Not impressed---I was in the area and the idea of this intrigued me. I kept my expectations super low and would've been fine with instant ramen quality.I ordered the Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Paid and got my food, but it was super confusing figuring out where to get utensils. I poked around but didn't see anything, so ended up having to ask for it from the Bonchon area. The food itself was bleh. Noodles and meat were way overcooked, soup was bland, not much to say about this dish.

"I've ordered from here several times before, but after a few recent orders, I noticed that there were no chopsticks or napkin packages provided. It was quite inconvenient as I couldn't eat with my hands, so I had to struggle and use the lid as makeshift chopsticks. Additionally, I believe the quality of the noodles has deteriorated and become rather unpleasant. I won't be dining here for a while."

Just not good. Ordering experience was confusing and only lets you order one at a time. We tried the black garlic tonkotsu, and it came out piping hot out of a steamer. However, there were no utensils next to the cart so we had to go find them from a neighboring place. The food itself was below average. Pork was thin and tough, soup tasted like hot water with seasoning, and the noodles were especially soggy. For 12 dollars, I do not recommend. I'm a sucker for vending machine food just for the novelty experience, but Yo kai express missed very hard.

No utensils available. If they can't keep the utensils stocked, then there's no point to this machine. It's not like I can eat this with my hands. Dispense utensils with the noodles, don't leave them in the cart next to the machine where everyone can take them.

I had the black garlic ramen. I think for $12 it was decent, although the portion is a bit small. The broth flavor is rich and intense in the best possible way, but the noodles were soggy and almost mushy, as opposed to having a bit of chew to them. The pork was bland and miniscule. The fishcake was just offensive as it somehow seemed dry despite being fully submerged in the broth. Considering the convenience of not having to sit down at a restaurant it's an alright lunch. But if you want quality ramen and you're not in a hurry spend $3 more and eat at the ramen place inside Westfield, the flavors are better and portions substantial.

The experience is fun and the food is tasty. Reading some of the comments I think folks had the wrong expectations. This is a vending machine and honestly the ramen exceeded my expectations. Really good and I would have it again

I bought ramen at ontario airport kiosk and there were no utensils or napkins. I called customer support number provided and was on hold for 15 minutes before having to leave voicemail. Frustrated
