Amazing Chinese desert place! Very delicious and we went twice on our vacation! We remind their mango pomelo sago, red bean soup, mango black sticky rice with coconut, and bubble waffle! Will definitely visit again when we’re in town.

Jasmine Green (boba) tastes great. Get 50% sweetness if you prefer less sweet though. Mango pudding is also great. Owner is also very friendly. Overall great place.

The worst milk tea I've ever had. It only taste like sweetner with water. It was super sweet and no tea taste. Waste of money. The server is not rude, but also not kind. Do not order thai milk tea.
