The worst milk tea I've ever had. It only taste like sweetner with water. It was super sweet and no tea taste. Waste of money. The server is not rude, but also not kind. Do not order thai milk tea.

The slush was plain (seemed to have too much water and very little fruit) and boba was too chewy.Good thing is service was fast and price included tax

Very legit lil spot, and the boba texture and flavor was perfect. Got a medium jasmine milk tea 75% sweet and really enjoyed it. Nice floral tea flavor, will come back and try the roasted oolong milk tea at 50% sweet.

As a Taiwanese I approve of this! The boba is very good and the tea is also very good. There's a combo deal for medium hk milk tea with an egg waffle. We had lychee oolong and hk milk tea with an egg waffle. The waffle is also good. Light and fluffy. They made it right after ordering which makes the crust crunch.

Reminds me of the HK milk tea I got in Hong Kong.Great location next to the park. Seniors frequent this place too. Service is super quick.It's a little bit small but efficient. There's seating inside and outside (especially if you count the park).

me and my family were visiting san francisco and I was searching for a place to grabe some good quality boba. We have tried a couple of places but out of all of them this was the best one, the workers answered all my questions were patient and very nice. We ordered the black sugar which was delicious and the mango sea salt cream with tapioca was also very good. I was surprised to see that there were not many customers coming in since it was very good, definitely recommend!
