The food is incredible! The veggies and pork were so tender and flavor. Jenny is an amazing chef and host! Incredibly nice and will make sure you're fed a great meal. This spot is where you save money, get great high quality food and leave happy. She even stayed after close to help us get a good meal.

As a Chinese chef with 20 years of experience, I can tell you that the food in this restaurant is not made by them, but heated with pre-packaged products produced in China containing a large number of carcinogenic chemicals, which is a deception and endangers human life and safety. The food source of this restaurant should be investigated.

The fairy restaurant is very delicious. It is rare to have the authentic taste of hometown in San Francisco.
Stopped in to try the soup dumplings but unfortunately they did not have any. Being it was a little after 1pm I was very surprised. So I ordered the Lamb Noodle Soup and some chicken wings. The Lamb soup was very good. Nice flavors and the roasted Lamb was soft and tender. Noodles had a good texture and chew. The green onions added a very nice freshness to the soup. Would of like to have the soup a lot hotter. Temp was warm at best. I was expecting way too much when it came to the wings. Being I paid 8 dollars for 4 small wings, it was ordinary at best. I was hoping it would wow me to want more even though they were pricey. Service was excellent. Just missed the mark when it came to the food.

I was on a mission to find good dumplings today and these did not disappoint! The sauce provided with the dumplings is AMAZING and I’m going to be searching forever to find something even close. (I live in Idaho now) I wish I’d ordered more and that sauce is going to life rent free in my mind forever.

A fantastic new addition has arrived at the underground food court in downtown SF. This place immediately stands out for its impeccable cleanliness and incredibly tasty food offerings. What impressed me most was the staff's attentiveness to customer requests. We tried different dishes from the xiao long bao to the house special beef rib noodle soup, and from the braised chicken over rice to the fried pork wontons. I can't say what my favorite is because everything has a unique flavor and an authentic, simple taste. In a city with an overwhelming number of food options, it's exciting to have an underground gem like this new spot. With their commitment to cleanliness, responsiveness to requests, and execution of delicious dishes, they are off to an impressive start. Plus, the lack of a wait makes it an ultra-convenient lunch option for those working in the area.
