Food was impeccable, the only thing that wasn't excitingly flavorful was the tea which was to be expected. The staff did a tremendous job of serving us amazing food. The actual service was a tad bit slow, however if you don't worry about that then I highly recommend this place. If I was in the area, I would immediately return. Whether you have kids or not, for AMAZING Chinese food this is the place to be.Dietary restrictions: Whatever your need, I'm sure they would be flexible per your request. If unsure, call before hand.Parking: It's downtown so I would park at the closest parking garage then mosey on over.Kid-friendliness: They did an excellent job of serving our children and we had a lot of them.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access for entry and exit of restaurant.

I recently dined at this restaurant with my girlfriend, and frankly, our experience was abysmal. We ordered three dishes and were shocked by the meager portions. Unlike other restaurants where we struggle to finish two dishes, here we easily polished off all three due to their insufficient size. The quality of the food was equally disappointing. Notably, the frog dish had a distinct sourness, indicating it was far from fresh. This was unsettling and fell far short of our expectations for a decent meal. The dining environment compounded our dissatisfaction. The restaurant was infested with flies, which is not only a gross inconvenience but also a blatant disregard for basic hygiene. This alone was enough to ruin our meal.To add insult to injury, the restaurant imposes an 18% mandatory service fee, which is outrageous given the subpar service and poor dining conditions. The audacity to include an additional tip section on the bill was beyond the pale, considering the dismal experience we endured. In summary, this restaurant was a complete letdown in every aspect—from the inadequate food servings and questionable quality to the unhygienic environment and unreasonable billing practices. I strongly advise against dining here; it's a total disappointment.

I would rate this a 2.5 if I could. We had high expectations going to China Town in SF, expecting real Chinese food. Well, except for the Kun Pao chicken, all the other dishes tasted like typical American style Chinese food. The duck was cold and dry, chow mein was bland. The mongilian beef did not have a distint flavor. We were a bit biased having just recently returned from Hong Kong where we enjoyed authentic Cantonese cuisine

I had such a good experience here with my boyfriend and friends. This was my friends first time visiting SF and this place is a go to spot for good authentic chinese food. We really liked the frog legs and the chili oil dumplings. I also thought the service was really good and our waiter recommended some really yummy dishes.

Very tasty food, good service and a well-deserved Michelin star. We paid around $195 for 4 people with drinks. Highly recommended.

We sat down very quickly and the service was very attentive. The food came out fast and overall was good! The orange chicken wasn't my favorite that I've had but the other items we ordered were very good so it outweighed the chicken.

Over priced social media tourist trap, with poor service and an automatic 22% services fees slapped onto the bill. How arrogant! NO THANKS! Chinatown is an ocean of great restaurants, no need to eat here. Note: In July 2024 restaurant service fees and mandates will no longer be legal in California.

Very crazy and claims to be the best Sichuan food in San FranciscoThe store has been open for more than ten years, and there are various awards posted on the door. And a photo with ObamaThe taste has to be said to be very authenticThe serving speed is also super fastPersonally, I highly recommend the pickled fish, local chicken soup, and Sichuan dandan noodles. You can locate in advance online and it is recommended to locateYou have to wait for a table when it’s busy❗❗Their restaurant does have a mandatory tip of 18%+5%

Having a Michelin star is not easy, maintaining it even less so, but they definitely deserve it, everything is very delicious, very fresh, hot and abundant. Two people can eat with a main course, the starters are also generous.Delicious Chinese beer, perfect for the occasion.

The food is the star, often a hot spicy one but plenty of choices for those who don't like it so hot. Good service though dishes arriving one at a time meant not, say, having rice with an entree. The restrooms were appetite-killing from what I heard from 3 different people (both male and female) but the dining room itself, basic, was fine.

Amazing szechuan food. Beef pancake was crispy and tasty, Xiao long bao were steamy and amazing flavor bombs. Also had Tan Tan noodles that had some great tongue numbing spice, and don't skip the crispy chicken with explosive chilies.

The service is so bad! The waitress literally urged us to empty the table when we are haven’t finished eating. 18% tip was automatically applied as well as 4% mandate. Definitely not worth it.

Food is good, I give two stars, because they charge you 18% tip without asking you. This is not nice.

They will charge you 18% as “service fee”, which according to them is not considered as a tip. So they will expect you to tip another 18% on top of that. So ridiculous.
