I think that this is one of the better ZERO& locations, even thought it’s a little small. They have two ordering kiosks, very easy to use and the service is quick. I’ve never had a bad drink here. The location itself is also very convenient, a quick walk from Civic Center BART station. I recommend stopping here if you happen to be craving a sweet treat while walking through Hayes Valley. Their Thai Me Up is delicious as well as the Matcha Tornado.

We had their hot Noir Sesame Latte, which was absolutely delicious! They have a very interesting variety of drinks and little bites in addition, which I would like to try the next time I'm here.

Stood at the counter to be ignored by two employees who were talking about another employee. No be right with you. No hello.

Nice little boba place with good people and yummy drinks ! I love the selection and options here!

Ordered the peach oolong with low sweetness and was disappointed. The peach and oolong flavors were very faint, so it mostly tasted like sugar water.
Boba texture was good.

The most terrible jasmine milk tea I've ever tasted. It tasted so fake, full with artificial fragrance, and leaves awful after taste. SF has too many good tea places to try this ever again.

They used to have a delicious drink with black sesame and they unfortunately stopped it.
Now when you go there half the drinks are sold out and you just have a machine to address to.

The hanabi mango Sunshine mini box is delicious..
The ube almond croissant was okay.. I think they might have added coloring because Ube is not that bright purple..

Cute little Boba tea place with a variety of desserts. Great Instagram-worthy items with excellent colorful presentations but my pink guava oasis left me in search of both the guava flavor and the oasis. Stick with the fresh fruit drinks. The coconut mango drink was much better!

Went here after a long day of hiking. The drinks themselves were decent, coffee milk tea with boba and Thai milk tea with crushed Oreo and boba, but the amount relative to the cost was not ideal. The Oreo for the Thai milk tea drink was the only thing that added flavor. The boba itself was small, slightly more dense than I’d ideally like. I would go here if you are in the local neighborhood and want quick boba, not to visit though. The inside is small enough to stand to order which is it.

The shop was small, and my group sat outside in the park. I loved my passion fruit boba however the guava drink my friend order was horribly sweet- almost undrinkable. I gave a low service score since we used their ordering machines. The drink is on the pricier luxury boba side, but the location is Hayes Street so I think it’s reasonable.

Vegetarian options: There aren’t any animals in the boba, but milk drinks obviously isn’t vegan.
