I've gotten the coconut zero several times over the past 1.5 years. It used to be my favorite drink. In the last 6 months or so I've noticed that they no longer have the large coconut chunks in the drink. It's advertised to contain 1 coconut but it's definitely not in there. It's mostly ice and a little pudding. When this first happened a few months ago I thought it was just a weird one-off, this is the third time in a row. For $8 (with an automatic 10% tip default, sneaky) this is a scam. I won't be coming here anymore.

I came to pick up a TooGoodToGo order for me and my partner, I arrived a couple minutes before 7:30 (the start time for pick up) and they were completely closed, there is no way to contact them either and their customer service call center line does not pick up.

Just not good tea… bitter and went in the trash. Saw after getting home that they will remake, so maybe stay there and try it. Good service.

Got the coconut pudding which was recently introduced and found a dead fly inside. Highly disappointed

Best boba but closes so early!

This is the worst boba store in SF.
I got a water downed beverage I spent $9 plus a tip. My drink came with massive chunks of jelly, taking up half or more of the cup. The drink maker didn’t say greet me coming in or exiting and I was the only customer.

Card Only btw

The employees were rude, the drink I got was nasty “peach oolong” and when I asked for grape jelly they put a huge chunk in there that took up the whole drink. Mind you the jelly is supposed to be in pieces not a huge block. I won’t be going back since they don’t care about there customers. If you are looking for a better spot go to boba head or maybe a different location.

The establishment appears neglected, with dirty and empty display trays. There is no one at the front counter; instead, you must place your order and wait for someone from the back to bring it out to you. While the product is excellent, the ambiance leaves much to be desired.
I ordered the coconut tea with lychee boba and it was delicious.

Very refreshing! I've had the Grapefruit Spa and the Guava. Both were not too sweet.

Very tech-centric chain complete with the satanic symbol III menu screens in your face. I guess they’re required to tell you who they are? Best croque monsieur we’ve ever had. Even past 11pm it tasted fresh with perfectly melty cheese.Wish there was an option to make the juices WITHOUT jasmine green tea, which ends up making them taste like a urinal cake instead of fresh juice. Ew.

Zero& is a definite step above the average boba shops that have so many artificial flavors and sweeteners. Boba and milk tea have been around a long time, but Zero& gives it a refreshing new take.
