I can only review as an employee who gets to benefit from zerocater's catering service. The food selection from zerocater has been delicious, of good quality, and diverse. I've been very impressed by the food such that food categories I don't normally love, I loved the meal catered by zerocater! There was only 1 time of the 9 months I've been lucky to enjoy zerocater's service which the food catered was subpar, we couldn't even finish the meal.Overall, I highly recommend the zerocater's maintenance of quality food catered to our office.

We'll onboard clients to stick their company logo on our landing page, knowing good and well we won't be able to sustain their meal program longer than a week or two if that. But don't worry; the CEO is ecstatic about it as long as we're "winning." The entire team is running over capacity, and to solve the issue, the solution is to work harder because working smarter doesn't integrate well here! It's almost impressive that this popsicle stick model hasn't come crashing down yet. Every department can't hire faster than the rate they're losing people.

As a former vendor for this company I would highly recommend not doing business with this company. They care about the client but not the actual person providing the food. They shorted me thousands of dollars and I am a small business. Their method for serving people is ridiculous and as a vendor you really lose money. If they reach out to you, I strongly suggest going with a different company or you will end up with money loss like myself

Food is oily and blend. Zero Cater order food from Cafe when searched are closed. Food is catered from places which cannot be found on google. Atleast they should get food from reputed restaurants. My company orders food from zero cater but I never eat and throw it all the time.

Quality is mediocre at best. They charge a hefty surplus with minimal quality control. Restaurants sometimes tend to bring low budget food (e.g. large quantity of ice burg salad) to stuff the order. The amount ZeroCater (or any of these middleman service) charges you probably are better off contracting directly with local restaurants. At least there is someone you can find that cares on the other end.
