Love that we have an onsite contact to manage the flow. The cut-off time is a small issue. However, there are now items available for same day ordering. Our new account rep has taken the feedback and made some changes for the better.
As a vendor still in the onboarding process, there were some cut-off times due to reasons on both their side and ours. However, after hearing our concerns, they were incredibly attentive. I appreciate Vanessa Chan—she is the perfect example of what a great partnership between two businesses looks like. I'm excited to be a part of their big and professional community.
I can only review as an employee who gets to benefit from zerocater's catering service. The food selection from zerocater has been delicious, of good quality, and diverse. I've been very impressed by the food such that food categories I don't normally love, I loved the meal catered by zerocater! There was only 1 time of the 9 months I've been lucky to enjoy zerocater's service which the food catered was subpar, we couldn't even finish the meal.Overall,...
