Sat at the bar for my wife's bday omakase dinner and Roger, the sushi chef/owner, did not disappoint! Some of the best fish I've ever had, great conversation as well, Roger is very knowledgeable! ABSOLUTE MUST 🍣 Hands down the best sushi I have ever had in my entire life. Food, service and atmosphere 11/10. I’m truly not exaggerating one bit. You go here for Roger. You say "omekase", tell him what you want to spend and anything you're allergic to or don't like, and then you eat what they give you. This is the Way. If he tells you what sakes to drink, you do that too.
