If you travel san francisco don't forget this restaurant, very close to the union station. Delicious food we ordered spicy pork BBQ, soft TCFU and veggies fry dumplings. Very simple and cozy place.

The bibimbap vegetables were not seasoned at all, they were not cooked, and the rice was hard... a total mess. Pajeon is a thick lump of flour that I have never tasted like this before. The dumpling soup is just salty... I can't trust Google reviews anymore...

I ordered a vegetarian wanton soup and specifically requested for no meat/seafood/chicken twice! The waiter came back with a soup that had chicken in it. I tasted a piece of chicken when I had the first spoon of the soup. I asked the waiter to take the soup back. Both the waiters (the one who took the order and the one who gave me the food) did not apologize at all.
10 mins later they brought back a soup bowl and the waiter told me that it was vegetarian. I politely refused to accept the bowl for 2 reasons - 1. They still hadn't apologized or even asked me if I wanted a replacement 2. I didn't trust the restaurant could make a meatless dish anymore
At this point, the waiter shook his head, muttered something, hastily took the bowl of soup and threw it into the trash!
When I confronted the waiters on this behavior, they still did not apologize. Finally one of them did, by when it was too late.
Vegetarian options: Do not go if you are vegetarian

One of the worst experiences ever. My friend is vegetarian and ordered a vegetarian dumpling soup. Perhaps the waiter placed the wrong order, and the soup he got had meat in it. We asked the guy who brought the food and he said it had meat. Honest mistake, we politely said we didn't want it. But he just took the bowl and walked away without a word. And the waiter guy did not even acknowledge his mistake and just simply walked. After about 15 mins they brought another bowl of soup, which also looked like it had meat. My friend didn't even want a replacement, given the first experience; we didn't ask for one. When we said, very politely, that we don't want it, the guy just sweared at him, took the bowl and threw it in the trash in front of us. It is one thing to not have a vegetarian friendly menu, but they had many vegetarian dishes on the menu. This was just a pure lack of any respect for customers. They made a mistake but both of them didn't want to own it, and instead were angry at us for needing a vegetarian dish.

This place was fantastic! The food was so good we couldn’t wait to take a picture before digging in. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for great Korean food, this is definitely worth a visit.

Had one of the worst experiences ordering food ever. Ordered one soup, fried chicken, squid and others thru DoorDash at 12:10am at a hotel room thinking that I am gonna eat here and they did not include a spoon or anything to eat with so we had to go down and drive to get silverwares. Chicken was also uncooked and raw so we had to throw away half of it. Wasted $100 on 4 food and didn’t eat half of em because it was uncooked and also had to go find fork and spoon after midnight. Will never eat here again
