Pretty good, decent!
Great flavor! Authentic food. The food can be spicy so some notes are needed for me :-)

As a Hunanese traveling to the U.S., I was curious to see how our home cuisine tastes abroad. To my surprise, it was very authentic—the flavors were rich and bold, and the spices were not compromised, unlike in Singapore where the dishes are often modified to suit local preferences. The portions here are also incredibly generous, so be careful not to over-order—you’ll likely be taking some home!
The restaurant was very busy, and we were offered to share a table, which speaks to its popularity.
Overall, highly recommended.

The food was incredibly salty — almost inedible — and everything tasted like low-quality pre-made dishes. Nothing seemed fresh. We waited in line forever, only to be completely disappointed. No idea why there’s such a long line for food this bad. Definitely not worth it.

Food is good and the dining service is good. But we waited too long and the front cashier was so busy to answer any questions.

Food is too salty. Only salty, not spicy or numb. Service is ok. The food was delicious when it first opened. It just took a long time to wait. The taste is now unstable. Good times and bad. Tipping is also mandatory. When paying the bill, I kept pointing at the tip. Although it is written that a small amount of tip is recommended. But if you don’t accept his suggestion, he will come after you for it. Starting with a minimum of 15%. Even 12% won't work. Tipping depends on the individual and the level of satisfaction with the food and service of the day. It shouldn't be forced. How much should a guest tip? The taste of the dishes is inconsistent. It’s understandable if you don’t ask. Even if it’s just this little bit, I’m still chasing after it. Speechless?. And parking is not convenient. There are few parking spaces. Won't go again

Celebrating my birthday there, I was told to reserve the seat at six o'clock and gave the seat to someone else. I waited for 20 minutes before the seat was released. The bill recommended a 15% consumption, but it was actually mandatory. Even if I gave 12%, I had to chase for it. , other families will give you bowls of noodles or desserts for birthdays, but their family doesn’t have anything, so they only give tips. Some of the dishes are too salty, I won’t patronize them again.

Very authentic, the most authentic Hunan food in LA, but it’s a pity it’s a bit far away
