Good experience overall. Probably one of the best 3CAT stores in LA, drinks were tasty, cautious about the wait time.

Their floral black milk tea is delicious! The tea flavor and sweetness are just right. The boba is also nice and chewy. The only downside is that the place gets really busy later on in the day and it can take up to 40 minutes sometimes to receive your drink…

they don't care you guys. If you wanna waste your time for waiting just a drink then you go. They not worth it, because if they do, they would hire more staff and speed up everything. This shit happend everywhere their store, Ktown, Tustin and here..

If purchase via app, make sure give 40-60min lead time during weekends

Poor and terrible service, it took 40 minutes to get 2 drinks. If you are not willing to hire more employees to accept walk in consumers, then you should accept online order only.

Waited around an hour for our drinks. They were fine but i think the arcadia location is better.

Drinks are decent if you are willing to wait over an hour for your drink. If you want to pester the staff to make your drink in a timely manner and are okay with being skipped by order 10+ ahead of you due to some insane system of making 6x+ of the same drink type at once then this is your spot. Staff also did not take concerns seriously and just laughed it off.

Came on a Saturday, ordered our drinks and with about 25 orders ahead of us, waited over an hour for our drinks. That might sound unreasonable to be upset about but the truth is, the system in the back was not efficient.

There were over 5 employees dealing with drinks, but only two were really fulfilling orders.

They had 1 employee calling out orders who at some point gave up and people had to constantly go up to ask on the status which slowed things down.

They had 1 employee whose job it was to take the orders and put them on cups and start prepping some of the add-ons.

1 employee's entire purpose was to squirt the cream into cups.

Only 2 employees were pouring tea, mixing drinks, and blending.

Here's why the system did not work. Instead of organizing drinks by number, they organized by type. So employee were making 4-6x of the same drink at once. This caused a few issues. One, they were making drinks for orders almost more than ten number in advance. Two, the drinks that were done, were not organized numerically very well and things got jumbled up. Three, you had people prepping drinks so far in advance there was a pile-up on the tables.

Instead, the person squirting cream should've stopped and helped blend or make drinks. Drinks should be order and grouped by number, not just by type. Sure, prepare a few drinks of the same type in advance but you should be getting orders out in numerical order. The fact they were doing bulk drinks is while they had over 50 drinks piled on their tables without any sense of order.

They also frequently lost track of people's drinks, numbers, and what they were working on.

Whoever is training the staff needs to rethink their system and figure it out. Again, on paper, doing bulks of the same drinks sounds sensible. It does, to an extent, but your team has to be flexible and know when to stop squirting cream in drinks that are just going to be sitting there for over 30 minutes and instead start helping fulfill orders or organizing things sensibly.

The wait was unnecessary and the lack of communication/notice from staff was even more horrendous.

Also, I'm not against a fun working environment, especially since that's sometimes all that's keeping you going in a high-volume drink place like this but maybe don't stop every couple of minutes to make a joke and laugh when there's over 50 orders waiting.

Took more than an hour to prepare the order. Come to this store if you have plenty of time to waste.

Very interesting Boba place. Tea is pretty strong, and they have some very different type of boba and jelly variations. First off. Something to note is that they give a pretty nice bag I believe if you spend over a certain amount of drinks, possibly 5 or 6, not quite sure. Their cups are interesting as the top is a sort of lid, not like other boba places that seal the top.

The Rice Frost Drink can be good if you don’t want your kid to have any caffeine. The barley is a very interesting topping, and I can’t seem to decide if I like it or not.

This location is on the Main Street, and there were a ton of people trying to order. Keep note if you were to order here, you may wait over 15-20 min.

Crowded. Loud music. Make sure to order in advance or be ready to wait a bit. Customization of your drink is a nice touch. No hot beverages, though.

We waited an hour for just two drinks because they prioritize online orders over in store pick up. Definitely not enough staff behind the counter, not recommend! The staff looked frustrated too because the bad management.
