First of all, thank you for opening on Christmas Day! It was my birthday and I went to other location but unfortunately it was closed. I had given up my hope of finding ice cream cake for my birthday but decided to visit this location without any hope. When I got here and see it was open, it made my day! This review is literally just for the service I had tonight. The woman that help my sister and myself was so pleasant even though my sister couldn't make up her mind. And she was super helpful with just simply describing the flavors to us. She recommend the lemon sorbet as frozen lemonade, she was spot on. Next she recommend the polar pizza I think it was called but she's said it had yummy brownie flavors so perfect. But she was the best.

Servers are always friendly and polite. My past two visits were disappointing.The milkshakes I ordered were less than desirable, more milk than ice cream, very watered down, like I was drinking flavored milk than an actual ice cream milk shake.

We were in town visiting friends and stumbled upon this place after supper. My girls absolutely loved it! This was our first time visiting a Baskin Robbins. The ice cream choices are awesome. We will be back for sure. The gentlemen that helped us out were great, answering questions we had. Under $20 for the three of us to get desserts.

I'm super disappointed. I've ordered ice cream cakes from here before and they were great. They looked great. But this passed may 21st, I ordered a cake fir my sisters birthday. I picked it up and when I got home and got a closer look. The cake looked like it was leaning to the side and melted. Give I live less then 5 min away from the store. There was no way it could have happened in those 5 min. I was so disappointed on how it looked. I called Monday and the Manger was not In. Left my information and today is June 7th and I haven't gotten a call. For sure I won't be going to this store for cakes anymore.

Gloomy go away, heat's coming around, stopped in for my fave, thick large strawberry milk shake, ones I use spoon to engulf it,, what can I say, yum mmmm so good, the gal behind the counter tried her best to take care of folks in the store and online orders, all alone. whoa but she was a trooper w good attitude and brimming w smile. Go girl!

I love B&R, but there is one major complaint I have with this particular location. I rarely go in to grab a quick cone or scoop in a bowl. When I'm swinging by any of their locations I'm going in to pick up a quick couple quarts of their prepackaged offerings. While most places are always well stocked of the ones you would expect to find like Pralines and Cream , Rocky Road or one of their seasonal favorites like Baseball Nut. That is not the case here, in fact just the opposite. It appears that stocking that area is very low on their priority list.Considering that there is a Handel's Homemade Ice Cream just a few blocks away who are much faster at packing a quart of more exotic flavors they may want to rethink that philosophy.

I am a regular at this establishment. Located on a corner in a nice residential neighborhood on Las Tunas, there is a quaint vibe that you don't get at other BR locations, which are usually located inside plazas.Like the other reviews before me have noted, the staff at this location is the best; very professional and kind. They always deliver clean scoops of fresh ice cream.So far, I've gotten to know four of the regular evening employees including Chris and Ethan. There are two more who I don't know their names, both Asian and one with a pony tail style hair. They all deliver the best experience.The store is clean and offers a place to sit. Though, people also seem to enjoy their ice cream in their cars curbside as the neighborhood is nice with a big tree that offers shade.All in all, I highly recommend this BR!

Went here because T-Mobile offered a $2 off scan code for T-Mobile Tuesdays and took my two boys to get a scoop each. They had these cute cups for the ice cream called creature creations topped with a chocolate shaped tail or shell pertaining to the sea creature on the cup and a free hat that matched. My kids loved it! The customer service was really great as well. They were really attentive, friendly, and quick. I'll definitely be back!
