Very good quality ayce dim sum. Atmosphere is on par with other restaurants in SGV. This is my new go to place. Quality is pretty close to Sea Harbour (which sets the standard), while having no wait for tables. Also more convenient parking than other restaurants.

I visited Bistro 1968 for brunch on Mother’s Day weekend with my parents, and we were excited to try their dim sum offerings in a modern setting that still honors traditional flavors.

2. Cucumbers - cold, refreshing and a good flavor of black vinegar and garlic. We ordered two of these.
