Their selection of drinks is, in my opinion, limited. Essentially 99% of their drinks have some type of caffeine in them, be it tea or coffee. However, they make up for lack of selection in drink with selection of snacks. I got egg rolls and fried calamari and they were sooo good! They also have restrooms and some comfy seating inside. Really chill vibes.

Has a few tables inside that could fit about 2-4 people each. Also has a table outside that fits 2. PARKING: - Has their own parking lot so parking is fairly easy WAIT: -No wait on a Monday around 4 pm. Food and drinks came out relatively fastNOTES/DEALS:- Happy Hour deal is weekdays from 2-6 pm. Ordered through Uber Eats and got the Matcha Salted Cheese Foam ($5). Since I did not personally visit the store, I can't comment on the service or atmposhere. However, based on my Uber app, the drinks were prepared quite fast.As for the taste, it was much better than expected! The matcha flavor is very strong and authentic tasting. It went very well with the salted cheese foam whether you mixed it or drank it as it was.Their cups are also very good quality! They are sturdy and have a good grip. It also is thicker so the coldness doesn't go right through. The cup's design is also smart. They have a little push down plug-like closure over the sip and then a little hole for you to put it there while drinking. The lid is also nice and sturdy enough that I could shake the cup a bit.Would definitely visit again in person!

Food is really good.Boba was fresh.I ordered popcorn chicken and a mango boba - it was tasty.All in all, I am a bit conflicted as my experience was a bit off-putting.Service needs work- when I walked in, the place was not busy at all. Only one other table was taken and I sat down and waited for my friend to arrive before we could order together. Upon arrival to the café, I was not greeted at all.. it was an awkward environment. When my friend arrived, a wave of people came and once my friend and I ordered and received our food, the employee slammed our drink order and pushed it to us for us to pick up. It was really rude. My drink spilled and I looked over and the napkin dispenser was completely empty. I did not want to bother the employee so I used my own wet wipes that I thankfully had in my bag.Parking is easy ( they have a parking lot and there is also street parking).

Got the cream cheese matcha with half sugar on Uber Eats so ordering was simple. The cup is really nice quality with a creative lid! Matcha tasted authentic and paired nicely with the cream cheese on top. Would come back again to try their other drinks!

I go here every week because I always feel welcomed and it's chill, plus the drinks aren't bad. Today, at around 12 pm the worker honestly treated me like an enemy. It still pisses me off how she talked to me. It isn't a language barrier, she literally didn't want to talk to me. I just walked into the store, ready to place my usual order, and she was being curt, rude, and hostile.Next time, if I see her, I'm going across the street to the other boba places in the area.

I’m actually being nice with this 4/5 rating. My experiences say it’s 3/5. We love coming here for the tea and chicken combo. They have signs for “ happy hour” or specials and when we went, no body spoke about it or charged us regular. The teenagers that work there for sure hate it. Poor professionalism, they rush you to order and get upset if you take a little longer to over see their complicated menu. It’s sad cause we support this place, but man I really wanted launch my boba at the asian girl for her attitude. But the boba tea was too good to waste.

Bon appetea used to be Tapioca Express which was an OG boba shop in the 626 area. Their menu is fairly similar with a few new things. They have a good selection of drinks and food. Will always be place I go for fast and good drinks and snacks.

While I was there, a group of children around 11-13 years old were vaping inside. When I brought this up to the worker, he said (to my complete disbelief), "It's not real tobacco" and did not do a single thing to stop the kids or ask them to leave. I called the police but the kids ran off right away. The health department will be coming.

Good customer service. Tasty and affordable drinks. I stick to the regular milk tea or watermelon juice without added sugar, but I don't doubt they have other great options! Boba's perfectly cooked, which can make or break a drink Very well kept, and music selection is surprisingly impressive. They recently added new seating and decor and I love it.

Pretty authentic Taiwanese flavors. A cute spot for boba and Taiwanese snacks, they also sell Taiwanese bentos too. And I liked that their drinks were not overly sweet. Parking is easy, there's a small parking lot right next to the restaurant. Service was fast!
