Great service with great quality of food. This is my favorite spot for family get together. I really love most of their dishes, especially the lobster dish with noodle. I do hate the parking lot, it's small and can get really hectic. I been here many time and I'll keep going back as long as the quality of food is the same, I can over look the parking lot. Lol!

do not go here unless you want the workers to pester you for more money.

my party of 4 + 1 child were pestered to tip more as we were leaving the building. we explained that pestering customers to tip more was bad business practice. their excuse was because of the 10% tax imposed by the government, however it is not the customers job to give higher tips. instead of calling the police to come and settle this we coughed up more money to give to them so we could leave in peace.

I recommend their House Special Lobster with Noodle. We also got Pork Chop with salt and pepper. If they fried the pork chop a lil bit longer it would be more dry and crispy.

The lobster was great! Get the house special and you won’t be disappointed! The sauce compliments the lobster well! I had it with muscles, shrimp and the soup and I was full! The price is fair and the location is nice. The bathrooms were clean and the parking was abundant.

I would recommend this place over any other “5 star” influencer recommendation any day!

Visited here today for lunch and they had lunch specials. Clams with black pepper is great and tasted fresh. I also ordered the fried shrimp with salt and pepper, pork chops, fish fillets with basil, fried fish, Hong Kong noodles and of course the garlic lobster with scallions and ginger with noodles, the highlight, 4lbs lobster which was full with roe, ginger and scallions. A lot of parking lots but might be full on the weekend!
Highly recommended,💯👍🏻

We enjoyed it, and loved the food. Pea Sprouts crunchy and tasty. Fried Shrimp w/salt n pepper so tender. They had Fried Tilapia yummy. And of course we couldn't resist to order Boston House Special Lobster.
Atmosphere so calm.

We recently dined at Boston Lobster with a group of 14 people. The bill totaled over $600. Overall, the food was just okay. The lobster was extremely greasy, overly buttery, and quite salty. Most of the other dishes were also noticeably salty, which took away from the flavors we were hoping for.

The service throughout the meal was actually very good--attentive and efficient--until the end, when things took an unfortunate turn. I left a 15% tip, which I believed was reasonable for the service. However, our waiter returned visibly upset and insisted that the minimum tip was 18%, despite the bill clearly listing gratuity as suggested, not mandatory.

This kind of pressure at the end of a meal left a negative impression on what was otherwise a decent experience. Tips should reflect the guest's discretion and level of satisfaction--not be demanded. I hope management clarifies their tipping policy and ensures staff handle these situations with more professionalism.

We went there for a biz dinner, reserved a private room with min. expense required at $500. Dishes are pretty good and service was a bit slow but OK. The only problem is it's hard to park at the facility.

If possible we give this restaurant is a zero star for its loyalty & it’s honesty. We did order 7 pounds of lobsters for our cousins celebrating, caused incidents we checked & found down it ware only 4.50 pounds including the tray, was bit annoying, came back & asked , the chef convinced that as cooking lobsters were shrinking & supposed to loose a bit???, oh my God…the shrinkage were over 35 percentage, come on, please do not treat us dump & stupid, it was not a first time we ate out & ordered lobsters ok, was in the parties, talked to friend’s & cousins, they told us the same things that when they were dining there for 4 people, the bill was over 350, we tipped 30, waiters came and demanded more…acting liked disgusting attitudes that could not describe…..trust us if you are not changing your loyalty & staffing attitudes definitely you lose more customers & business rather than you gain a few bucks that way. As you know not far from your place there were a lot of loyalty restaurants in that neighbourhood that we recommend for people to come & to try a great taste….we finished with Boston Lobster (Rosemead, California)😡😤
