Although we have another Carl's closer, we make the effort to go to THIS particular Carl's. Much farther away BUT..the dining area is open until 2am!..AND the food is always fresh, well put together, and, for some happy reason, the "specials" are more varied and stay longer.To top it off.. the staff is always friendly and ready to help. Make this your favorite Carl's too!
This location has excellent service any time I visit… They always acknowledge me as soon as I come in and they give me the attention that I need with my order and provide me with any of my requests on my order..

I came here da other day to get a double cheeseburger and some star nuggets. The quality was pretty good. I thought it was going to be not the best but it was outstanding. The worker Andrew was very nice and was also extremely knowledgeable about each food. Food came out fast and the bathrooms were pretty clean as well. I also had no issues with getting my food. Came within a reasonable time.

I love this Carl's Jr in San Gabriel. The best thing about this place are the workers, including Maria and her team. Efficient and courteous. The burgers are pretty decent as well. The Famous Star is one of my favorite burgers even up against other In n Out and Habit.

This is hands down the best Carl's Jr. in the LA area. The customer service is always excellent! Marina the manager is super sweet and runs this place very well! I can tell because throughout the years the staff have come to know my fiance and I as regulars and we have always been treated well here. The food is always hot and fresh! Fries are never burnt or soggy, always just right. Burgers always have the cheese melted onto the patty with fresh lettuce, pickles, onions, and tomatoes. None of that gross yellow lettuce or soggy tomatoes/pickles I've seen at other Carl's Jr'.s. Cookies are always soft. They have never messed up a single order, unlike a lot of other fast food restaurants nowadays. I've been coming here since 2017 when I lived in El Monte and they always have the best deals compared to other Carl's Jr's. I moved to Pasadena in 2020 but still come here because the deals and customer service just can't be beat. This location still does the super star combo deal for cheap compared to other locations. Unfortunately I live closest to the Carl's Jr. by PCC and they do not have this deal because the students have bad taste. That's another reason why I still chose this location over others I would 100% recommend this Carl's Jr. over any other Carl's Jr. any day!
