Order had many mistakes (onion/pickles not removed as requested, received regular fries instead of waffle fries). Manager was very rude, making me sign receipt for the incorrect fries (regular vs waffle), insisting I sign with dirty pen right away even though I was in the middle of eating burger. Drinks were filled with way too much ice, about 70%. Bathroom was horrible, very bad smell with urine all over the floor. Building looks in bad shape, pieces of ceiling almost falling off.
