We had the birria tacos ? beef tacos dorados ?, flautas ? and Micheladas ? todo estuvo DELICIOSO! Every time we come order something different and nothing disappoints… eggs with nopales ?… churros, flan, EVERYTHING delicious.Parking: Limited number of parking spaces but easy to park on the street.

I used to come here back in 1980. There are new owners and the food is more authentic. Handmade tortillas in quesadillas are absolutely wonderful. Homemade nice and spicy salsa.

After I pick up my wife work we were very hungry and my wife was craving for caldo or soup then I remember a friend told a restaurant on Las Tunas Dr in San Gabriel. He have been going to the restaurant for years he told me the food is really good then my wife and I headed to the restaurant. We arrive at the restaurant and looks old traditional restaurant from Mexico that I remember when we to Mexico.We got seated right Way the interior have classic look that we like then waiter came and hand us the menu and ask us our drinks order my wife order a Hibiscus drink then I order a Mexico coke bottle. Then we order my wife order the caldo de Pollo or chicken soup and also order a bean and cheese burrito then I order a Chili renello plate one of my favorite dishes.Then the waiter brought our food it looks and smell really good. I took a bite of my chili renello it was really good lots of flavor in the chile and also the sauce and especially the cheese it was good and chewy that's the kind-of cheese I like. The rice and beans were full of flavor that I really like and comes with a salad with avocado on top. My wife enjoy her caldo de Pollo or chicken soup also comes with freshly made tortillas. We enjoy our meal at Casa Callderon we need come back again.

The food was good and the customer service was excellent. There is a small parking lot that is shared between two restaurants but i found parking. I brought my disabled son here on a wheelchair to come eat some lunch and was able to get his wheelchair in through the door, the server was nice to open the door for us when leaving. It was definitely a very nice experience and i cant wait to bring my wife here to eat when my kiddos go back to school. Cash, debit and credit from master card and visa are accepted here.When it came to the food, my son got 4 tacos and i got a burrito. The food was very good. The only thing that tasted a little stale was thw tortilla chips that were offered to us as we waited for our meal but other the. That. I am very happy with my experience today. Having a son on the autism spectrum and on a wheelchair has always been a challenge for me when it comes to restaurants.Im definitely coming back.Kid-friendliness: Kids are definitely welcome. Its a family restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp style entrance for wheelchairs, i was able to get in with my son on his wheelchair.
