The best boba tea in the US! I tried boba tea at the other places but nothing can beat this one. Chicha San Chen is still the best one on my list. The tea tastes so good and smells so nice. They use the quality tea with that special teapresso machine which makes the tea more flavorful. I like the way it is not too sweet like those other boba tea shops. This one you can feel the taste of the tea since they use the leaves one not the powder. The line might be long but worth the wait I recommend. It smells so nice when you entered the shop you can smell it.

Paid $8.30 for a tea, which felt steep. The service was quite slow waited nearly 15 minutes just to place the order and another 20-25 mins to receive it. We tried the seasonal grape oolong tea with konjac jelly, very fresh and flavorful. went with light sugar still too sweet for my taste. Overall, the tea was good, but considering the price and the wait, I wouldn’t go back a second time.

If you’re a boba lover, San Chen is definitely worth a try! The drinks here are on the pricier side, over $8 per cup and expect to wait about 20 minutes, especially since the place is always crowded. But the quality makes up for it.

Their Bubble Milk Tea is a must-try classic, rich, and perfectly balanced.
I also recommend the Green Tea with Passion Fruit, super refreshing and not too sweet.
I tried the Pineapple Cream as well, it’s nice, but a bit too sweet for my taste.

The staff are friendly and working hard to keep up with the crowd. Overall, if you don’t mind the price and wait, San Chen delivers on flavor and quality.

Expensive but good tea base

When my girlfriend and I went, it wasn’t too busy. Waited in line for maybe 10-15mins which felt normal. We got two drinks first, one peach green tea which I enjoyed although still a bit too sweet even after asking for less sweet. The jelly bits tasted great and tea was amazing for sure. My girlfriend got a black tea with mousse and konjac jelly. I think it tasted great. The mousse is really good with their drinks in my opinion. We wanted a milk tea drink with konjac as they were adding it for free this month, but I had forgotten to request it instead of boba. When I had waited in line for about 5mins to ask if they could change it, the cashier spoke with the other girls and came back to me with a no.

From my understanding, she told me they had already put the boba in the cup and couldn’t add the konjac which baffled me, but I didn’t want to complain as it was my mistake. If they had went out of their way to fix my mistake, this review would’ve definitely been a 5 star, but that’s just how they operate and I don’t blame them. The milk tea boba doesn’t taste anything special other than their boba tasting fresh and chewy. The drink was still too sweet for my preference.

The tea are good, but it doesn't worth for $8/cup and their cup is smaller than the other boba place. There are always long waiting time and hard to find parking at this plaza.

I really enjoy their Cassia tea, Dong Ding Oolong and high mountain oolong tea. Tea flavor is strong, even in milk tea options.

I loved the green tea here. No wonder there is a line here. Well worth the wait!

Chi cha is said to be the Hermes of boba tea and earned michelin approval. I can see why! 😋

Wow, amazing!

Super busy location but well worth the visit. You can expect a line up here - big ups to the staff as I witnessed and sympathize with their frustration in a fast paced environment.

I am not sure if there is a drink here I would not recommed - their seasonal items are pretty worth trying as well!

Overall, lovely spot, great vibe, and great drinks!

Best boba in town!! The service was extremely nice and friendly. Tea is made freshly to order and you can smell the tea aroma in the shop.
