CHICHA San Chen's boba shop serves up an authentic taste of Taiwan with its premium oolong tea. From the first sip, you're transported to the tea fields of Taiwan with its rich and aromatic flavor. The boba itself is perfectly chewy, adding a delightful texture to each drink. With friendly service and a cozy atmosphere, it's the perfect spot to satisfy your boba cravings. However, the taste of their Green Tea feels like the Oolong Tea to me.

Holy moly, ChiCha San Chen is where it’s at! The drinks here are phenomenal and the service is excellent.I ordered the Osmanthus Oolong with mousse and grass jelly, plus the Pineapple Honey Tea with Konjac from the Pineapple Series. My friend ordered the fresh milk with brown boba. We loved our drinks! I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!!

In an inconspicuous coffee shop on Zhongxiao East Road, the owner said he would make us an unforgettable cup of coffee.Over the years, I have traveled to some places and drank some coffee. I have never experienced the taste of that cup of coffee again.I always think of that boss’s unforgettable coffee.Having breakfast at Zhangshu Garden in Pingtung, my friend’s younger siblings picked up eggs from the rear yard. Soon a strong aroma came from the kitchen. Looking at the golden poached eggs on the plate, my mouth was full of egg fragrance. The eggs were picked up from the haystacks in the garden. It was so delicious that I couldn't help but wonder what kind of food I had eaten before. We will think of someone, a place or something for some reason, and I always think of the egg fragrance in Zhangshu Garden and the coffee brewed by the domineering boss. There is a milk tea shop near my home that opens at noon and closes at 7pm, and there is always a queue. When I passed by it one day, I saw that there were fewer people in the queue, so I went to check it out, thinking it would be best to get value for money. After waiting for a while, I got the drink cup, took a sip, and the memories of my taste buds drifted into the distance. I drank their annual new tea at the friend's tea garden in Dongding Village, Nantou at night. Half a world away, I found the same tea aroma in a cup from a dairy shop.Memories will always beautify memories. The aroma of tea, egg, and coffee will only become more and more fragrant as time goes by.always reminds me again and again

"QQ's tea tastes so good." It's true that all the long names from Taiwan are imported, but fortunately they are all written normally in English??—⚠️You can’t taste it on site at this restaurant. Make no mistake.Ah, I suggest that it would be better to number the menu?‍?️?Mi Ke Xia is coming soon

Definitely Michelin Star worthy boba!I really wanted to hate this boba shop because I just couldn't justify paying so much for such a small cup of boba -- but I love it. The boba was soft and chewy while the tea itself was nicely brewed. I recommend the Osmanthus Oolong Tea with either Honey or Mango! :)The workers were really nice, took their time to explain the flavors to us when we ordered, and also had samples ready. Since there's only 1 worker at the cashier taking orders, the line moves fairly slow. Although the interior is pretty small and only has 3 tables, the space itself was fairly nice.* Osmanthus Oolong w/ Honey: 9/10 - subtle honey flavor* Osmanthus Oolong w/ Mango: 9/10 - sweet and tart* Green Tea w/ Mango: 9/10 - refreshing and tasty mango flavor* Bubbles (Topping): 10/10 - perfectly soft and chewyKeep in mind that the prices of the drinks are kind of high. Their cups are fairly small and the average price is about $7 without any toppings. They also aren’t able to make adjustments to the drinks like removing passionfruit seeds which I thought was weird. The plaza itself is pretty small and has little parking in front of the shops, but they have an underground parking lot which makes it a lot more convenient.Highly recommend giving them a try! :)Parking: There’s an underground parking lot located in the plaza.

There is no need to make your guests wait outside for more than half an hour, please consider online/phone orders.

Tea in its purest form. Definitely deserves Michelin rating.I came here a while back when they had online ordering, but I couldn't find it this time around and waited in line. The store opens at 12 PM and I arrived around 12:15 PM with a line out the door. The line ended in front of the hair salon. I appreciate the respect they have for other businesses, with signs asking customers to leave space for a walkway. ChiCha San Chen already knows their tea is a hit. I get a little peeved seeing other customers not respecting the business' sign to "Please Keep The Door Closed". I closed it while waiting in line, but it ended up staying open shortly after me.Personally, the wait to the cashier took about 30 minutes and is worth it. I wasn't expecting a sample of their Peach Tea before I ordered and was pleasantly surprised by the freshness. The shop is small and clean with 3 tables to seat 4 people each. I waited outside for my order to be made. The loudspeaker makes it clear when your order is ready. Each drink is made efficiently and it took about 15 minutes for 4 drinks. Bags are $0.75, but I brought my own tray and bag. The staff kindly helped me pack it up.I ordered the Peach Dong Ding Oolong Tea, Osmanthus Oolong with Honey and Grass Jelly, and Dong Ding with Oolong. The tea's pleasant aroma and crisp, refreshing flavor leave a lasting impression. A little pricey with each drink almost reaching $8. It's a treat for me and I savor each sip.

Disappointed and not recommended. Their milk tea was super watery. It feels like that I was drinking water.

Amazing consistency + taste :)If it weren't for the line, I'd come more often. My friends and I got the classic bubble milk tea and it was creamy, dessert-y, and smooth. Truly, it's rare to taste the subtleness of the tea in such a delicate way- I can't describe it! This is super niche but it reminds me of the oat draft from la colombe, but a milk tea version. The line is super long during the weekends so I recommend coming during the weekday. There is seating inside but minimal. Def worth a try if you're in the area!

We happened to stop here at the perfect time where there was not a wait at all. Definitely will be going back. The milk tea was very flavorful and a the boba very soft. Super good. Usually I worry places are overly-hyped but this was good. They have a nice set up inside and announce order numbers to a speaker outside. Very convenient parking.

Boss, please stay in the store more. If the business wasn't such a good one, it would be over if your employees messed with you. I arrived at the store after 6 o'clock, and the tea tasted bitter when I drank it with the perfect sugar content! Last time I returned to the store, I was not given 3 cups of milk tea. Milk tea is basically for takeaway. This is the first restaurant in Los Angeles that is so eager for quick success and requires a tip.

Went there due to Michelin star rating. We got three different drinks.-The best one was Dong Ding Oolong Tea Latter with a hint of smokiness.-The other signature was orange high mountain and I was not impressed, more like a 3 star drink since I can't really taste the tea. -The other signature we got was osmanthus oolong with honey. Also 3 star, not impressed. We did like the kojac jelly and the chewy boba. The downside was we had a 30mins wait and it was already 645pm and they close at 7.If you are in a rush, would try other boba shops in the area.
