I visited this place on a groupon, like many of the other commentors. They play the " I don't understand" card when dealing with you. They seem very unorganized when figuring out which staff member will handle you and what is included in the groupon. They have no concept to keep their chatter to a minimum and speak softly. I made an appointment for Sunday the 22nd for two people after purchasing a Groupon. The person on the phone had almost zero English skills. He said ok to everything. My friend and I showed up at 11am only to find the place totally closed with a random sign on the window saying Dec 28. Total waste of time and gas. I will also mention that it looks dirty from the outside. So unprofessional!

I've never left a massage so pissed off and appalled. I paid for a Groupon that included a foot massage, body massage and hot stones. ONLY the foot was enjoyable. Here is my list of why I had issues: 1) he didn't care when I told him he hurt me. He said "I know what I am doing. What I am doing is safe" and continued on.
