Looks like an underground money laundering business with poker and casino style activities. Went in there for a coffee and it's cash only, go figure. Maybe that's how money laundering works I guess, no credit cards and no digital footprint

This place is a dirty, smelly casino. Everyone is smoking cigarettes and playing slot machines. I walked in and immediately was like, "What have I done?" They didn't want me there either. I went for a vietnamese iced coffee so I figured I might as well order one since I'd made the mistake of entering. I was ignored til I left. Probably for the best.
