Excellent food! A wonderful family run restaurant. My whole family goes crazy for their crab Rangoon and shrimp and veggie tempura. The golden shrimp dumpling curry is also amazing. They just expanded the menu, very excited to try more dishes. Have never been disappointed, and very friendly staff and owners!Vegetarian options: Lots of dishes can be made with tofu

Wonderful and delicious food. Good pricing, had called ahead of time to have food ready prior to arrival and they were so kind to make the request happen. I would totally come here again.

Great food and service. I come here a few times a week. The food is very consistent. Always get extra beef in your beef bowl. Shrimp Pad Thai and Basil Chicken are great dishes also.

Ordered through ChowNow and gave them an extra five minutes on top of pick up time. When I arrived, they admitted they did not check the ChowNow and did not have my order ready. I wanted a refund because I couldn't wait, but they were unable to make this happen since the sister who takes care of this was not present. I would recommend calling them when you send in a ChowNow order, which means their attention to detail is lacking. I ended up just having to wait for the order since I couldn't trust I would be refunded. This was my first visit here so I have no previous visits to compare. Their food looks good, but I can't give them a recommendation based on this experience, especially if you are pressed for time.

Very good and amazing pad Thai and pad see ew! One of the best Thai food in LA!! the food is very tasty, very hot, perfect proportion, really good shrimps and cooked to perfection, thank you very much!!!

Review is only for takeout orders on the food. - The food had the right portions and tasted great. - The seasoning for the Thai food was done just right without being overly flavorful. Safe for people with MSG sensitivity like myself. - My service experience was through a phone call and they were really accommodating in putting the spices on the side. Good attitude and was helpful. Ordered: Spicy Thai Basil Chicken with rice, Tom Yum Noodle Soup, Pad Thai with shrimp, Pad See Ew. All food items were delicious. Support small businesses and dine at Dancing Spoons. Their food won't disappoint.

So glad to have this Thai restaurant so close to home to get my Pad Thai fix... 5 stars!!!!!The dishes at Dancing Spoons will make your taste buds dance! My favorites include the Tom Yum Soup, Shrimp Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, Spicy Basil Chicken, and Sweet Garlic Pork. All delicious with good flavor, not to mention generous portions as well as pretty reasonably priced. An order of any of these three offerings is more than enough for dinner as well as lunch the following day for two! Have also tried the Pineapple Fried Rice, but probably would not order it in the future. Haven't had Pineapple Fried Rice before, and I guess I'm just more of a fan of the typical Chinese Fried Rice or Filipino Garlic Fried Rice. You order at the counter at Dancing Spoons, and there are only a couple of small tables inside as well at outside. It's more of a pick up type place since the food is served in to-go containers even if dining in. Dancing Spoons is located just a few feet from the San Gabriel Mission and Theater, so it's definitely a good choice for a meal if you're in the area. Parking is street parking only, but I never had an issue finding a spot. Make sure to order ahead on the phone if doing pick up. When they're not too busy, the food is usually available within ten to fifteen minutes. The staff has always been friendly and nice, and I am looking forward to ordering and trying out their other dishes. The plan is to try some of their curry dishes soon!

Terrible service. Placed an order online and was given a wait time of 30 minutes. The estimated wait time should've been more transparent. I selected to pick up ASAP but didn't find out it would be 30 minutes until AFTER placing our order which was disappointing since we were hungry. To make matters worse, after getting there at our pickup time, they claim they never got our order??? Not sure how that's possible since somehow they managed to print out our order with our items without asking our order number. Just say you forgot instead of making up an excuse. Waited 15 more minutes for my food. Total wait was 45 minutes. Note that it was relatively empty other than 1 or 2 pickup orders. We got tonkatsu curry and beef pad see ew. Tonkatsu was dry and tough. The pad see ew lacked in flavor. Will not be coming here again.

Super cute little restaurant and a great place to catch up with friends. I really loved their pad Thai and their katsu curry is probably one of the best I've had. Their katsu has really flaky, crunchy breading that also tastes really light. Usually when I eat curry katsu, sometimes I can feel very bloated or heavy after eating, but after eating here I felt very refreshed! Their meat was juicy and the curry was flavorful and had great consistency. Both 10/10 and they gave us side salads for both of the meals which was a really nice surprise :)

It was all about the food, quality and service. Didn’t have to pay a premium for fast casual authentic Thai food. A gem that we just recently discovered and will be back to try out other things on the menu. The owner Elle (sp?) was super sweet and attentive. Good food puts you in a good mood.

Dancing Spoons catered for our annual gala. They were easy to work with and the food was amazing. They arrived early to set up the food and even brought cute signs to label each food item. The food was set up in the buffet-type food warmer with the warming gel underneath, which kept the food warm throughout the event. At the end of the night, there was no chicken satay or chicken fried rice leftover, meaning that our guests thoroughly enjoyed the food. Dancing spoons brought all the sauces and condiments as well. They were also clear about food allergies which is important because nut allergies appear to be on the rise! Can't wait to use them for future events!
