Unfortunately the premium oolong tea was severely watered down and had no flavor. My bf had the mango fruit tea and it was not the best. Lychee jelly didn’t even have flavor as well. Lots of fun stuff to do at the arcade area but cafe needs improvement.

far better drinks and atmosphere than anything south of here (Monterey Park, El Monte, Rosemead). Also has an arcade!.., though just rhythm games, ‘n a few pool tables (/ping pong?) tables. A tea shop / arcade is kinda my dream.. It’s quite surprising that the SGV’s tea shops all suck, except this one. The Westminster location is great too.

It has a lot of space, arcade games, karaoke, and a decent selection of milk teas that are very reasonably priced. It is also pretty clean and nice in there. Good for both small and large groups.

I would hope that in the future the staff would be more communicative of the wait times and how the karaoke works. We waited there for 1 hour and 30 minutes and we were fine with that. Upon finally waiting we were told that one of the mics was not working? Why was this information not relayed to us before hand. There should be back up mics or at least, if this happened to us we w should get a discount. I also had given the staff member my phone number so he could have given us a call if the mic failure happened earlier. We are very unsatisfied with our visit here, but we do hope to return and see improvement.

Parking on a Saturday night was wild. Place was crowded to the point where there was nowhere to sit but plenty of space to stand. Dude taking orders was hard to understand because the music was so loud.
Boba was great! Got the “volcano” and it had clear boba in it. Idk if it could be considered a separate business, but there’s a Game Center connected through the inside where you can play pool and some other things.
The men’s restroom has a lot of… personality to it with all of the writing on the walls. Overall, I’d come back, but I’d definitely make an online order. I’m not waiting in line in that place again

Some days the drinks taste better than other days. The same drink can taste completely different depending who’s making it. Also, some days the boba can be a different color like pink or the regular color and they “don’t know” when a certain color boba will be in stock. Inconsistent which I don’t like. One of the employees shoved his fingers in his mouth to take something out of his teeth and began making drinks. I had the best experience and the worst experience with the same item. Also, none of the employees know about the point system. I spent a bunch of money here and barely have any points.
Good food, great service, reasonable price. 10/10 would come again!

To be fair, I forgot this place existed since there are millions of boba joints in SGV. I remember coming here several times before CV, and decided to give it a try again when I got cravings for boba and brick toast on Monday.
The inside of Factory Tea Bar is huge, with those claw games you can play to win stuffed toys. It is darker inside than I anticipated. There are lots and lots of tables available.
I got the dirty nom nom milk, and it was fine. Not the best I've ever had; took care of my cravings, though. Condensed milk brick toast also seemed adequate.
