To be fair, I forgot this place existed since there are millions of boba joints in SGV. I remember coming here several times before CV, and decided to give it a try again when I got cravings for boba and brick toast on Monday.
The inside of Factory Tea Bar is huge, with those claw games you can play to win stuffed toys. It is darker inside than I anticipated. There are lots and lots of tables available.
I got the dirty nom nom milk, and it was fine. Not the best I've ever had; took care of my cravings, though. Condensed milk brick toast also seemed adequate.
I would only come back if someone wanted to!
Happy and have game, food is pretty good
Nice and clean
Honestly the system to use the amenities suck in this place. They told us we couldnt reserve rooms for karaoke and all of a sudden you can and theyre all booked. They take so long to help you out and its only 1 guy doing everything. In karaoke they dont charge the tablets so it constantly dies and we waste time and they wont allow us to make up for lost time. The prices here are TOO HIGH like 60 dollars for 1 hours? Seriously??? Step it up ftb
This place is more than just a boba spot! They have free Wi-Fi, karaoke, ping pong, and pool tables, etc in the fun house too. I rarely find place like this in San Gabriel and there were a lot of people when we went. The prices are super affordable. They still serve good boba and snacks, like other locations of factory tea bar but this place has a lot of extras. Friendly servers too!

Went here with some friends on a Sunday night for some Boba and Karaoke. Had a wonderful time. there was some small technical difficulties with the karaoke machines and mics but we got them working again quickly. Definitely coming back for some fun times.

Had a hard time getting someone to come sign us in, but fun karaoke, nice rooms, and nice people. The tea tower was pretty cool and worth the money, as it can probably serve about 6 people.

Great place to chill and hang out with friends until SUPER late. Only problem is that it gets pretty popular so finding a spot will be hard depending on what time you arrive. They have the best rhythm game machines there too but there’s always a short wait for them. Drinks and food are good, their popcorn chicken serving is a bjt on the smaller side but overall a 100% come back weekly spot
Parking: It’s a small lot, if you drive a larger car and you come during peak hours, don’t try to park in their lot but the surrounding street or the church lot. It’s just too tight of a fit for it to be worth the risk and stress. The church parking lot is massive and it’s right across from it, 1 minute walk

I went in for the limited Gura-themed Boba, but it was much better than expected (I wish had more). Perfectly balanced in sweetness (I have a bit of a sweet tooth though).
Next time I'm in the area, I'll be visiting to try their regular menu ?
