I attended a kids' birthday party and they had the most delicious cake ever. It was chocolate with a fresh strawberry center. The chocolate cake was so moist. The icing was light and delicate. This cake was talked about with everyone. We kept saying, "it's not too sweet," which is the best compliment you can say for a cake. I wasn't the one that purchased the cake but I definitely will now after this.
This was my first time ordering a cake from Fortune Bakery. I ordered for my mother's 50th wedding anniversary. I showed Joe a picture of what I wanted and he made it exactly as asked and added some suggestions that worked out perfectly. The cake turned out so beautiful and tasted amazing. Thank you Joe for the excellent work.
I asked my partner what kind of cake he wanted for his birthday. He wanted chocolate cake with whipped cream and fresh banana. I looked in Alhambra/San Gabriel area and found Fortune Bakery, seemed old school and that's what I wanted. The gentleman had my order ready in 10 minutes and let me tell you; it's the best cake I've had in years.
