The pho broth here is clean and comforting. Spring rolls are tightly wrapped with a good shrimp-to-herb ratio. Staff keeps things moving so the wait isn’t bad. It’s cash-friendly, but they’ve streamlined checkout. A dependable SGV classic.

Second time coming here and their pho is still just ok 5/10- lack flavor. The egg rolls with lettuce were pretty decent 8/10. The seating area is small, unless you are in a booth..you might be squashed sitting next to strangers. The reason for 1 star is how terrible we were treated by a staff. She was so rude and straight out weird when we were just sitting there waiting for our food. Kept coming to our table to harass my family after she made the mistake of being mean. she brought drinks to us and placed them on the table - naturally - we passed them around the table but she grabbed the water looking drink and loudly said NO…we looked at her in shock…there was so much hate in her eyes. She then said she will bring water for us - apparently the water looking drink was not water - we did not know..looks like water in a cup. Later she brought us water and said a bunch of stuff. She tried to gaslight us so she could feel better about how she treated us from the start. Another staff came up to us and ask if everything was ok. We explained to her the situation and asked if she could tell the negative staff to stop coming to our table. That whole thing ruined our experience.

My boyfriend and I ate there on Thursday because he was craving Vietnamese food before having to have surgery the next day. We both ordered beef vermicelli with shrimp paste and egg rolls. We both ordered the vermicelli with no bean sprouts, no mints. I’m allergic to mint leaves. With that being said, I think they ‘fished’ out the mint leaves in my dish which is most likely what gave me an allergic reaction causing my tongue to become very irritated, itchy and numb. I was no longer able to continue eating. My boyfriend finished his food because he was hungry even though we both agreed that it was NOT good at all. We then asked for the check. Then this older Vietnamese lady who was a staff there came up to our table asking me if I wanted a to go box after seeing a good amount of food left over. I said no, thank you to her. She then nudged me on my right arm kinda hard like I was a little kid or someone related to her asking me “why!?” Before I could even say anything, my boyfriend immediately told her in Vietnamese that it wasn’t good and we DON’T want a to go box. The reason why I gave it a 2 star review was because I didn’t how I was being treated and touched by the elderly lady employee. We’ve been here a few times in the past and actually had good experiences. Not sure what happened on Thursday, but the food was not good. We spent $50 only to leave in such disappointment. Sad to say, we won’t be returning ever again.

Known to locals for pho and spring rolls that never miss. Service is lightning fast once you’re seated. The broth is clear and aromatic with a deep flavor. Expect a wait during peak times, but it’s worth it. Cash used to be preferred—cards now accepted at most tables.

No service for take out. They just want you to in and out. It’s fine as long as food is good. I came here because of the high reviews but man the meat in the pho was like rubber. I had to throw away almost all the meat. What a waste!

Food was delicious! Service was great. They work really hard. Even though they close at 8, if you're seated, they'll take good care of you. Highly recommended.

Update: Still the GOAT!
Update: The best there was, there is, and ever shall be.
Update: The top #1 pho place hands down. No comparison! The best of the best!
Top 3 pho places of all time hands down. Pho is superb. Pork chops are superb. The owners and all the employees are superb. The #1 Pho w/ everything is a nice portion of meat and noodles for about $17. The Cha Gio egg rolls are hands down the best in town and I will dare to say in Los Angeles and LA county! I would avoid weekends bc its crazy busy on weekends.
