The original Happy Bakery was on Valley and 9th St. in Alhambra.I started going from 1990 - 2004. I moved away from Alhambra in 2004 to Los Angeles. I used to walk 1 minute to Happy Bakery to buy their custard tarts. I finally found them again in 2019 and have been going back for their custard tart. The custard tart is one of the best. Pretty delicious, we did a quick drop here, and the service was fantastic. They were sold out of a lot by the time we got there but still had some good stuff. The pastry made here are some of the best.
