Got the Supreme but honestly the premium is just as worth it. For less than $50, everything you can get on the AYCE Premium menu is such a great deal. From sushi to fried rice to calamari to wings to tonkotsu ramen to alll of the Wagyu choices…… how much more convincing do you need ?!? In my opinion, the meat was very high quality and the Wagyu that came with the Supreme menu was top tier. The train ambiance was really intriguing and unique. Service was as expected. Will come back if I’m craving sauce jbbq again!!

Some of the best Korean BBQ in East LA. The meat quality was great and everything tasted fresh. My favorite part was the wasabi salt on their A5 wagyu it added such a nice flavor.

Just like being transported to Japan. Meat selection is excellent as it included wagyu meat. Good selection of appetizers too. There were a couple of missed orders when we dined here.

I'm happy to have this new restaurant in my neighborhood. There aren't many of these types of places here; you normally would expect them in Koreatown or something.

However, service needs some work.

I tried coming in for the first time on Lunar New Year's Eve. They turned me away because it was a holiday. They needed the seating for other customers. So, I was only able to try the place yesterday for lunch.

The server only cooked the first couple meats for me, then walked away without saying anything. A few pieces came out burnt and he never even replaced them or said anything.

There are many different types of meat. Not just beef is offered but sashimi as well. I got the Premium option which included A5 wagyu shabu shabu, abalone and A5 wagyu suit. I tried some of the salmon sashimi. I got the Japanese salad, seaweed salad and kimchi. Overall, I am impressed with the quality of meat offered here.

Will be back when I have money to spend!

My family of nine came for lunch today and had an awesome time at Hibiki Grill. The Japanese train‑style décor is super fun — it really feels like you’re dining on a cool little railway car. The staff were incredibly friendly and handled our big group like pros.

The food was great too. The Japanese BBQ hit the spot, the beef tongue was surprisingly tender, and the sashimi and small hand rolls were way better than expected from a BBQ place. Everything tasted fresh and well‑made.

Fun vibe, great service, solid food — we’ll definitely be back.
