Hibiscus Tree isn't bad, but I've definitely had better malatang. I felt it couldn't hold up to YGF and the others.
Their creamy beef broth wasn't too salty, so that was good. I did like the quality of meat. I was able to get spam, beef and lamb.

Comrades who love spicy food must not miss this restaurant. Every now and then I get greedy and I will order one. The taste is very special. I order all spicy food but I still don’t think it’s spicy enough. I’m the only one who loves spicy food at home. Sometimes I want to order more. Force your family to eat the same dish, hahaha

Admittedly, the food tasted good --not bland, or too salty. I wanted to give this place an extra star for food, BUT I couldn't get the image out of my head of a fly walking all over and trotting around on the imitation crab sitting right there. I tried to snap a picture, but it probably sensed my presence and flew off. If only they had some netted covers to cover up the food sitting out in the open. I had a pickup order, and maybe he couldn't hear me through the mask, but he didn't say a single word or even a thankyou. Uhm... Was it because he saw my 外國app that the Chinese don't use? Not a single 謝謝 or a thank you? I mean it's very efficient, but sort of cold.
Parking: This center has a TINY parking lot, but it's got a TON of restaurants located here, so parking can be hard. The old book rental store that used to be here is long gone. So hungry patrons pack this lot like crazy during dinner time. Street parking is probably your best bet.

SG Valley is a store with great taste and value for money. I buy it frequently. The disadvantage is that it causes excessive internal heat. If you eat it under the hibiscus tree once, you will get internal heat for a week. It's delicious, it's really delicious, but it's too spicy.

I and my two girlfriends (traveling together to an event) had dinner here. It was pretty late when we got there and two of the dishes (bullfrog and something else) we tried to order ran out.We had four dishes. The first two were amazing and very tasty ?. As more dishes arrived, I felt that all of them tasted similar ?. It could be because of the same Sichuan ingredients and same way they prepared the dishes, or because we had enough food already after the first two. Dessert looks good but I am not a dessert person and didn’t eat it so i can’t comment on it.We were not able to finish the dishes. They are spicy and we had too much. ?The waiter helped us with large conditioners for carrying back to our hotel.Two husbands arrived later and ate our left overs ?. One of them (originally from Korean) liked it a lot.Price is good as you can see here. Overall it’s a good place to eat in a small group setting but please get there early and don’t order too much.
