The decoration definitely reminds you of Hong Kong. My favorite dish is the curry beef stew with noodles

Dishonered restaurant.
I usually keep the receipt and have just found that they increase the tip themselves. The amount they increased is not much, but you could feel the staff/ waitress are not honnested. It never happened to me since I have been to several hong kong style restaurants at Rowland Heights

Great food and service. Best chicken in LA. A few flyers keep flying around the food. I see stuff try cleaning them but maybe something more. Hope this could be solved.

Love this place! Been here several times and tried something different each time. However, one dish we can't stop ordering every time is the beef curry. It is great. I usually order the milk tea too. Atmosphere is casual. Definitely recommend.

Disappointed to come on a sunday morning and it was busy and there was a 40 min wait as to be expected. We got seated around 11:15am and they still honored the breakfast special. We got 2 porridge one is the beef and 1 is chicken abalone. The porridge was very bland and the beef was very tough.
Ths service was lacking for sure and true to Hong kong fashion, service was bad. They rushed you to order and the food came fast but all the food was very bland. We got a baked chicken rice and it was lukewarm and it tasted like they threw watered down ketchup on top of a chicken steak and threw some cheese on top. As much as this place is hyped up, it definitely was very disappointing. Great breakfast price but very disappointing flavors.
Food doesn’t taste great. Their iced lemon tea was pretty good. They also charge for a basic cup of tea
Health inspection grade is B

Tonight was pretty bad service. I called about 6 times before someone answered the phone to place a pick up order. I was told about 20 mins. Not too bad. When I went to pick up my food, the service was crap. There was one guy ahead of me and the server was helping him. Once he was done with him, he was about to walk away until i called him and told him I have an order for puck up. He asked for my number and I told him. He verified it by saying it out loud. He was able to pull the check from the cashier by punching in the number and I provided my credit card and paid. I even paid a good amount of tip for take out. Once he received my signed receipt, he input the tip and closed the sale. Then, he proceeded to walk away. Mind you, I can clearly see my bag of food with the receipt and my number on it sitting on the shelf behind the cashier. That server also looked over at the bag when i gave him my phone number. I was looking at the guy that took my payment walking to the back and talking to his coworkers at the other cashier and walked into the back. About 5 mins later, he walked back to the front desk because someone else ordered for pick up. I was staring at him to see what he was going to do. He wanted to walk away again until I called him again. I asked, isn't that my bag of food there? He repeated my number multiple times and I said yes, that's my number. Then he gave the bag to me without saying anything. I was so close to taking the receipt away and crossing out my tip for a take out order. Never coming here again for that kind of service. There are more than one Cafe and also more than one HK Macao. Will be going to other café from now on. Should of took a picture of the server. I came here close to 8pm.

I’ve never had such a bad dining experience. They gave me a number, and even though I was standing right next to the line, they never bothered to call me. The staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like I owed them something just for showing up. Absolutely terrible service and attitude. Save yourself the trouble and eat somewhere else.

The only thing I don't like is too noisy. Everything else else is beyond good.

I recently had lunch in HK Macau Bistro. We ordered a Seafood Chow Mein. There is hardly any seafood. Most of them were squid. It's so tough that I could hardly chew on it. I am not sure where they got their squid. There were hardly any shrimps. We also ordered a baked pork chop with spaghetti (a popular HK dish). It's OK and also not much pork chop. One of them came with a big bone. I may go back to check out their breakfast one of these days.

The mushroom is sour… can’t believe… lamb is stinky as well… the fried egg and shrimp rice has no eggs… very disappointing and worst Cantonese food in LA
