This place used to serve Dalian cuisine, but in the past two years it has changed to Hong Kong dim sum, which is really good. My two daughters love coming here to eat. There are not many dishes, but they are all delicious. Every time, I must order preserved egg and lean meat porridge, chicken feet, sesame balls, fresh meat rice rolls, and barbecued pork rice rolls. It's available for takeout, but it's still fresh and delicious. David is very friendly. It has the fireworks of Guangdong and Hong Kong, as well as American hospitality. I hope to become a long-established store and keep it open.

Pleasantly surprised to find a nice chill and delicious dimsum shop at the corner of the plaza. You wouldn't think much of it but the food is worth making a stop or doing a take out. All the standard items that you get at the big dimsum joints but with friendly service and cozy vibes.

Was craving some dim sum while in SG and found this spot. We honestly expected it to be much larger but it’s a smaller corner space at the end of the plaza towards the parking lot exit. It’s a no frills spot that coincidentally due to its space, makes most of their food on the sport as it’s ordered versus keeping them in steam trays and rolling them around the restaurant. No room for any of that so it just comes straight to you.Prices are great for the amount and size of the items you order. Dumplings are practically double the size of normal ones and very flavorful and juicy with plenty of meat. The pan fried noodles were spot on though personally I wish they had something more for flavor rather than just the wok seasoned pan. Same for the shrimp spring roll. Simply a bit too fried that it fell apart but it had BIG pieces of shrimp in each one.We had a full pot of tea and ordered the egg tarts. A bit smaller than I’m used to but simply delicious. Same for the pineapple pastry which name escapes me.Definitely a decent spot to stop in for lunch or order ahead since they tend to run out of many items during lunch rush.Parking: There’s a shared lot within the plaza but due to the amount of businesses there it’s pretty much always packed.

Very small restaurant with about 6 tables so the wait could be long depending on when you go. Service was friendly and everything came out quickly. I enjoyed the pan fried dumplings and the chive cake but I've had better turnip cake. Overall my dim sum experience was good and I'd definitely head back again. One complaint was that they serve hot tea without asking so I assumed it was complimentary. When the bill came I was charged $2 which wasn't enough to make a fuss about but it did bother me. A pet peeve of mine is sliding in something on the bill without a heads up. If I would have known, I would opt out, I'd prefer water over hot tea. Parking was easy. There is a very busy lot but street parking in the neighborhood was easy.

5 Stars for the food.3 Stars for the price (we're talking Lunesia price minus the ambience), ordered three items for $23 -- a bit of sticker shock considering in Taiwan last month I ordered the same exact three items for USD 3.50But the quality here is undeniable. The fried shrimp balls are fresh, crispy and super juicy-- the best I've had in L.A. The Shiu mai and Har gow dumplings are also packed full of flavors and savory goodness -- no sauce needed (I added some garlic sriracha anyway).
