I came here 2 days in a row. Ordered a small drink both days, but didn't get the same size. And on both days neither order was correct. I know you shouldn't expect much quality or attention to detail from fast food but ... I mean ... So yeah ruined lunch and wasted money 2 days in a row. Lesson learned.

Wanted to try their new Boba drinks and was somewhat impressed. It’s not bad, works if you’re in a rush for a quick milk tea but don’t have high expectations. The milk tea component is decent but the boba pearls that they use seem very hard to chew as if these pearls have probably been sitting for some time and are not freshly cooked. Service was fast and the drink didn’t take long to wait for. Not too busy at night but there is slow traffic that does come.

First time using app to order jumbo Jack. Ask for help at the counter. The first person didn’t want to look at my phone to see if I was doing it right. Her manager was the same. They reply was to wait 7 Min for it to show on their computers. Useless. Service here sucks. Never eat or use their app. McDonald’s was simple and easy to use.

The night shift crew and Shift Lead Nicole are very fast and professional. I got a little steamed that I had to drive back after receiving the wrong item. She politely fixed it without attitude or snarkiness, and got me the item I ordered as well as replaced the other items that got cold after driving back and forth. And she gave me a dessert for the inconvenience. A+ for customer satisfaction.

When Alejandra was let go, it went under new management, my mom has worked for JIB for over 25 years! Everything was fine when Alejandra was still the manager here, then when it went under new management, the manager brought over some of his people, those supervisors then proceeded to BULLY MY MOM because of her BROKEN ENGLISH AND FOR BEING AN OLDER LADY! THE MANAGER BEGAN TO TAKE HER HOURS AWAY REDUCING HER TO WORK 1-2 days, it got to the point where my mom decided to quit because SHE FELT BULLIED MAKING HER FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE to WORK AT THIS LOCATION. She is at her retirement age, so it’s hard for her to find another job, so she applied for unemployment for the time being while she looks for another job because TIMES ARE REALLY TOUGH NOW A DAYS. This franchise went out of their way to APPEAL MY MOTHERS UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFITS! That’s ridiculous and says a lot about THE NEW MANAGEMENT HERE. If this the TYPE OF PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE, TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE ! Forget this lackluster JIB! There's plenty of other fast food restaurants around this location that don’t discriminate or mistreat their elderly employees. Being a former employee myself here at this location, I know a lot of things that go on here, unsanitary at that and let me tell you, EAT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
