It was alright. Don't know why the door was left open when it's 100+⁰F (37+⁰C) out there. Took close to 10 minutes to get our drinks. I do like the fact that there's care put into this, BUT I was getting a bit impatient. Younger girl was doing her best to keep up with the orders, while it felt like the older staff/owners couldn't stop fighting, or they ended up messing other people's orders.

The drinks themselves are OK, but if you're going to include mini-湯圓, make sure you give customers larger diameter straws OR spoons with their straws.

I came here because the drink looked so good outside with cute decorations, but it turned out to be pretty mid. It was pricey for a drink with nothing special. The ube/purple cream had a good amount of sweetness, but it didn't pair well with the bland coconut base underneath. It felt like two separate things that couldn't go together.

Nice staff, clean space and the drinks are sooooo good. I haven’t had anything quite like this so I didn’t know what to expect but I was very happy. I got the mango and it was perfect! Can’t wait to come back

Terrible! The first time, we came to get experience! The old women staff taking orders who do not know how to speak English. It was hard to communicate in order. So when I got the drink, it wasn’t right. Drinks are also nothing special

This is a snow ice dessert shop that originally came from Sichuan, China. They have choices of toppings that go well with the shaved ice. It perfect for chilly summer night after dinner treat. They have a variety of flavors and syrups for your favorite dessert build. Plenty of parking in the strip mall parking.

Love this place! They’re my favorite dessert/drink place :)They’re always consistent in quality and taste; the customer service is great too! Definitely give this place a chance if you’re in the area and want to try something new!!

I ordered the lychee and bayberry jelly. The Jelly tastes very good and refreshing! Although the bayberry is frozen, doesn’t taste fresh. Wish it was freshly made. Same as the lychee, I think it’s canned.Overall taste good.

The cashier/barista was so friendly, recommending the most popular choices to me. I decided on the mango and I loved it! The main source of sweetness came from the mango purée. The jello and toppings brought on different textures that made the dessert fun to eat. It was so good that my mom finished it, even though she said she was “full from dinner and would only take a bite.”

I love this place!!! I go all the time!! All their flavors are amazing, the people are super helpful and nice, it's decorated beautifully, I could go on!

The whole time I was ordering, I was wearing headphones and looking down at my phone. His tone of voice was very harsh, and his impatience could be clearly heard. It's very disappointing to have a store clerk like this.

I will only leave one star for the taste of jelly. But most importantly, the server here is absolutely rude, impolite!!!
