Drive-thru is ridiculously slow. Waited behind a car for 5 minutes, then when I got to the window nobody came, 5 minutes later, I drove away. What happened to customer service???

DON’T EVER COME TO THIS BRANCH OF KFC! Staff here were the worst I’ve ever experienced! No people skills and very rude! They already messed up my order and they are even the once giving you an attitude when they are the ones who made a mistake and i had to drive all the way back just to get the missing pieces of chicken! Always double check the food they give to you because they will cheat you. Do not trust any of them. I would just go to a different branch all together. This has been by far the worst branch of kfc.

Last time I go there . Also I’ve there twice b4 they didn’t have hot sauce or jalapenos. The one on new ave does .

This KFC Location is by far the worst customer service ever, I never had this negative experience before, the cashier Adriana was extremely disrespectful and rude in a nice way, very dry cut, didn’t show any friendly attitude or courtesy., I will avoid all KFC locations thanks to this place, the chicken wasn’t as hot, was oily and gooey., stomach ache followed eating couple of their chickens.,
