Horrible experience from KFC. The gravy sauce in my order was leaking and the lid was not closed properly. I noticed that the gravy sauce container was open and all of the liquid was falling inside the bag. Yuck! Waste of my money and food. Plus the staff members are rude and hide in the kitchen. They don’t come out to help in the front and a lot of customers are waiting outside for pickup. Crazy

All I can say is check your bucket of chicken before leaving the restaurant. I ordered a 12 piece family meal. Returned home to find only 9 pieces in the bucket. Unbelievable.

The manager lady in the Grey shirt is not nice. She has a b resting face too. I went there 3 times and all 3 times she treated me like I was stealing from her. Another cashier would ring me up that is nice, then right after she would go up and say "what you want". I would have to tell her i already ordered. No smile all 3 times. Just mean looks. I don't even know here nor had any transactions with her. All 3 times someone else took my order. 1 time she just mean face stared me up and down. Weird manager. I'm not going here again. I rather drive further away to get KFC.

This KFC, has deals that the others do not, my store is Glendale, but the drive to San Gabriel is worth it. They give great paper plates too, they are friendly. This is my second return, and not my last.
