I’ve had roasted fish from Liu countless times when I lived in LA, and honestly, it’s the best I’ve had anywhere in the country. I’ve lived in major cities like New York, Chicago, and Seattle, but nothing comes close to the roasted fish at Liu Roast Fish. LA holds a lot of great memories for me, and if I visit LA again, a stop at Liu is a must! My partner and I even used to argue over that fish because I was accused of eating too fast LOL!

This place serves some of the best grilled fish I’ve ever had! The fish is tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, with a rich and slightly spicy broth that’s packed with depth. The combination of green and red chili peppers, sesame seeds, and various side ingredients makes every bite delicious. The portion size is generous, and the flavors stay amazing until the last bite. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience...
