Tried this local cafe twice both on Sunday brunch, food is good as long as it is available. Nice quite neighborhood for a local cafe, expect to wait quite a while for any food, took a bit more than 40+ mins for our food to arrive. What was originally a brunch meal ended up to be a lunch with breakfast wrap instead. I can only recommend this location if you have all the time in the world and can care less if the food or drink might not be available.

For delivery: This restaurant will not cancel your order if it cannot be fulfilled. Instead they will offer to give you another item valued at a lesser price taking money from you. They will still refuse to cancel the order on their end.

I ordered from this place many times before but I will never order from them again.

I'm also filing a complaint to the BBB.

Based on your response you clearly don't care about customers and their experiences only their money. I'm very glad I'm patronizing other cafes and restaurants.

I never communicated I would cancel the order, if I cancel an order I receive no refund. I asked the 1st driver who called me to tell you to cancel it. The first driver communicated the item was not in stock and suggested a replacement with no mention of price adjustment.

In my experience a good vendor always cancels an order before assigning a driver if the order cannot be fufilled. But you aren't a good vendor so didn't do that. Instead 2 more drivers got assigned whose time was wasted because you guys didn't do what you were supposed to do.

One who bashes on someone else’s business. However I truly believe the place is a bit run down and could use a good cleaning. I rather not go into further details because this is their livelihood and i am just leaving a friendly tip of advice. God bless.

I arrived at 12:30pm. Only 2 tables were occupied. All the other tables had dirty dishes and no one was clearing them so there was no place to sit. The floor had debris in the eating area and kitchen. Lack of cleanliness was apparent everywhere. When I saw the condition of the kitchen I decided not to order any food and left.

Been to every breakfast place in town, NOTHING compares to Mary Lane. Bo was the most polite perfect server and cook for the day and this place IS ORGANIC!! So the taste is better then all the other fake places in town! Gotta try it out!

Ordered a pie online and paid for it. Went to pick it up and was told that they don't do pies daily. Asked for a refund and was told the lady who makes the pies will do so. Waited a month, called and was told they will refund me. It's been 5 months, never heard from them again.
