Why are the fat rice rolls priced at $14 only with a few pieces of intestine tail floating around, and where are the intestine heads?

Mian means noodle in "Chinese" I came for the noodles, but I fell in love with the pork dumplings. It is a must have when you come here.

2023.09.16 \First visit/Originally, I wasn’t very interested in eating noodles in LA, but Flavor Noodles changed my mind. This time I ordered fatty beef noodles in sour soup, Sichuan style fat intestine noodles, and red oil noodles. I can’t choose which one is more delicious, I like them both! Looking forward to ordering something else on my next visit that I didn't have the stomach for this time.2024.01.09\Second interview/I finally had the opportunity to visit for a second time, but today I was a bit disappointed. I ordered beef noodles with raw pepper, Sichuan-style fat intestine noodles, and red oil noodles. The Chao Shou was more delicious than the last time I had it, but the taste of both bowls of noodles was a bit bland. Last time the sausage was very full, but today it looks thin. The beef noodles with raw pepper are quite spicy. Will be willing to visit again to see if today was just an anomaly, but will order back the beef noodles in sour soup next time.Recommended: Fatty Beef Noodles in Sour Soup

It’s interesting. Me any my coworkers go here regularly and everyone orders something different and yet all of us agree that this is our favorite place to come to for lunch. This speaks to how consistently good everything on their menu is because we all like it for different dishes. For me, I like the spicy beef noodle soup 5/5 spicy and the spicy dumplings in broth.

Went to this restaurant during Thanksgiving. Ordered Wanza Noodle which is very good. I would give 5 stars to the food but 2 stars to the service. Although I got pretty good service when dining in, when we asked for the keys to the public restroom, the waitor said the key was taken by another guest. Then a waitress came and told me that I can GO OUTSIDE AND WAIT, which is very rude. It's not something worth pride of that you don't have a public restroom. It's not correct to misunderstand a customer without knowing the context. I just left the table 3mins ago and then was asked to go out because I asked for the restroom key?! The misunderstanding made my very uncomfortable. That made my tips ridiculous. I didn't ask back the tips because the waitor did serve me well. I wouldn't come back again anymore.

Wrote name down on the waiting list. Went next door to buy some drinks.Arrived with my name next on the list. Waited for the next table. Waiter told me to wait because another party arrived earlier and that table was for them.We waited, second table opened up. Waiter told me again to walk because someone else arrived earlier again while he was LITERALLY calling OUR NAME.Come on ! One time is fine , two times?! We have been cut off by “EMPLOYEES “ twice for what?

This spot came up and when we arrived it had a Michelin rating and it lives up to it!I ordered the pork dumpling, crispy pork pieces and beef noodle dish. The dumplings were phenomenal especially with the sweet sauce. The crispy pork pieces were delicious but wish they had something to dip them with but they were still crispy & on point with the seasoning. The beef noodle soup which is noted in an article posted on their wall was really good and I highly recommend these three dishes.I’d definitely come back here again for the excellent customer service and Michelin star rated dishes.

I googled "best Chinese in LA" and then this popped up as the #1 place. So we drove - and had a very good meal. However, if you expect the classic Chinese dishes, you will be disappointed. This is Shezuan, "a different animal". So no rice, no sweet-and-sour-this-and-that.So be prepared for very spicy Szechuan food. Noodles. No rice. Try the dumplings, they were delicious. We ordered mild (1 out of 5 spice degrees) and we were burning inside (we had two separate orders of dumplings - but spice grade 1. There is no consistency, so be careful). So if spicy is what you are "in" for, you'll love it. The ambiance is sort of authentic ;-) - the sign on how to use the toilet (outside the restaurant in the alley) says more than words. But then, it was $100 all-in for the four of us only.My advice: I could barely understand the service language. Better check the menu before you go. As we were first-timers, I wanted to share three starters and three mains among the four of us and leave it up to the waitress to make us explore - she did not understand. I asked if they served beer. The answer was "noodles or dumplings". :-)

This remains to be one of the best authentic Chinese noodles I’ve had in the States. The cold appetizers could be a little better, but noodles are exceptional.

The Noodles are truly Southeast China taste but with the improvement of choosing the spicy level. The beef noodles and Zajiang Noodles are the famous ones. ? And Bok Choy make the dishes taste good. However the seat might not seem enough in rush hour. Especially in the hot summer, ones could not sit comfortably at outside dinning area. Have a discount during 3-5pm. A good choice for dining in.
