A pretty small place for eating and chill, but it understandable on why it can be packed with people because of the food and drinks here. It is still a good place to chill with a small group of friends!
The pancakes are FANTASTIC and pretty fun to eat with 👍🏻Highly recommending any sweet tooth people to come by for the fluffy Japanese Pancakes.

The quality here tastes better than Motto Pasadena. The Nutella pancakes are overpriced but tasty. Would come back when craving this dessert in the area.

Taste really good fluffy pancake. Remember to take picture and let your camera eat it first. Take small bites to make your dish last longer hahaha! Won't feel as bad paying the price for it!

Love the milk teas here, it tastes way better than Chagee tea. Super crowded on the weekends, but they work fast to get your orders out. Would highly recommend !!

I bought two drinks and waited for over 10 minutes. There were about five employees inside, just chatting. This is my first time at this shop, and it might also be my last.

The mango souffle pancake was soooooo good. It's a bit pricey, but damn, it's worth a try. It is so jiggly. It's not too sweet. Everything seems a bit overpriced... but you know... People have to pay for labor and rent, so I get it.

How can they run a business like this. I'm surprised that it not closed yet. Everytime we went there, they always run out of one or more toppings.

I will dream about their pistachio crepe cake and the soufflé pancakes were like delicious little clouds. The boba was amazing and customizing was super easy with the order kiosk. And dairy free options! Beautiful little cafe with very nice staff.

Highly recommend lemon tea and fruit tea, various cakes and snacks. Great location, you can find more parking back on ranch 99.

I decided to try a new boba spot through delivery, and while it looked promising, it was just okay. The tea flavor was noticeable and enjoyable, but I was disappointed by the stinginess with the boba. I’m glad I gave it a shot, but I think I’ll stick with my go-to boba place for now.
