This is hands down my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in SGV. I’ve lived here for 25 years, and this place has been my go-to for a long time. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the restaurant is super clean. I always get the dry vermicelli — the lemongrass beef is packed with flavor, and the shrimp rolls are crispy and so good. Great service and friendly staff. The place gets packed but they handle the crowd efficiently. It’s very loud inside — hard to hold a conversation. The restaurant is well-designed and nicely maintained, with clean single restroom. Portions are generous for the price, and they load up on vegetables, which is rare these days. The food is good — not quite excellent — but overall a solid value and definitely worth it in today’s economy.
It was our first time eating here. At first we were greeted by a rude server who told us not to ask her questions and to look at the menu. We were considering leaving but then the owner, Devin, stepped in and change the total experience for us. Definitely a return customer. Recommend 100%
